Wonderful place. The staff and Dr. Brock takes the best care of their patients. Dr. Brock takes his time making you feel at ease along with reducing patient anxiety. The dental clinic has up to date equipment and is streamlined to best meet individual patient needs. Dr. Brock’s dental assistants rank among the best taking one-on-one time with the patient and family members. This dental clinic has satisfactorily taken exceptional care of me since I first called them due to an emergency situation. Appreciate and so thankful for getting me in sooner. The girls in the front desk were very helpful, friendly. So my experience was amazing and even the girls at the checkout. The Doctor was quick and I didn’t feel anything at all when he did an extraction this morning. Definitely recommend!!!

I recently moved to Anchorage and was overdue for a dental appointment. South Anchorage Dental Center was closest to me and I was lucky to get an open appointment the next day. I was greeted by some nice secretaries that helped me through some of the paperwork I was struggling to understand. I could tell that they had a great team synergy going on. The office was well decorated with paintings of Alaskan wildlife. I love art so that made a great impression for me. My dentist named Brock spoke with me briefly and answered all my concerns. He made me feel comfortable right away with his knowledgable answers. Plus his beard is legit :)

A hygienist named Maya cleaned my teeth. She was passionate about her work and talked to me about how bacteria is always at work in our mouths. I could tell she loved her job and that made all the difference to me. She talked me through each stage in the clean up process which I appreciated.

My number one thing I wanted the most was to feel comfortable. I felt uneasy about finding a new dentist. My worries disappeared as soon as I arrived and Maya just made my day. I felt like I got more out of my visit than just a teeth cleaning. Thank you ☺️

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I shy away from dentists but not here! Everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I brought my 3 year old here for his first dentist appointment and even he was relaxed to the point that his appointment went smooth throughout the duration of our visit. The dentists were all patient and kind to us both. 10 out of 10! I’m very glad to have been recommended here by a close relative!

Absolute best dentistry in town. The staff from front to back is excellent, kind, and caring. My kids feel like they can ask questions and be apart of their own care. I drive from East anchorage to see them and it’s worth it.

They don’t work with you on payments like they say, you can pay 5000 dollars on a few teeth with a total of 7000, and they will expect you to get that 2000 within 2 week and will refuse to give you permanents until you do. The temp caps they do give you are super thin and will break or come off with 72 hrs then they charge again just to fix what they messed up. The have an emergency dental line that they rarely answer and if the do answer it the won’t do anything but schedule you a appointment, so if you need emergency dental don’t bother, you won’t actually get emergency treatment. Be careful with root canals also, my gum was drilled to the bone, mouth pas blue and purple for 2 months and now my gums had been so damaged they bleed and it caused a gum disease I never had until going here. And if you plan on the people in the office to have respect good luck. The only decent one in there is carol I hope they give her a raise some day she deserves it. Once my treatments are complete I will NEVER come back here. You can see in the photos this poorly made cap is thinner than paper

I went in for a same day tooth extraction since my dentist couldn’t see me for another few days. I called first thing in the morning since I had been in excruciating pain overnight and they placed me in between their appointments. Very informative, patient and friendly group. Safe to say I may be using them as my main dentist as well. Thank y’all so much!

Beginning with the front office down to the dentists I feel is wonderful. I’ve never been very comfortable in dentist offices but this has been great. Will continue to use them as needed. Great job to all employees!!

Staff is amazing! They fit me in for a last minute appointment iwhich I really appreciated! Friendly, competent and thorough. Everyone talked to me throughout the time that I was there explaining everything and answering questions.

2 Stars for everyone being extremely kind. I can’t believe how many people work here and how kind they were and how kind they were to each other. I tried this dentist office out because I was told they don’t recommend unnecessary procedures. Unfortunately not only did they recommend 2 unnecessary procedures, I experienced the fastest teeth cleaning I have ever had and still had plaque on my teeth when I left. So disappointing. I also had a very awkward conversation with the young man who walked me to the front…after speaking with the dentist…he walked me up front and mentioned scheduling an extraction for a tooth. What? It was very confusing how he got to that conclusion from the conversation with the dentist. Also...extremely long wait time...I was there over two hours for a cleaning and exam.
