Turnagain Dental is a beautiful facility with very professional, kind and helpful staff. I have been a patient with them for the last couple of years. The hygienist I work with is top-notch (thanks, Erin!) and generally I am pleased. Unfortunately, the only thing that falls short for me is Joshua Kennedy himself. As a dentist I feel he is below average with his bedside manner. I always felt he was rushing with his treatment, never explained himself thoroughly, and was gone before I was able to ask questions or raise my voice for my concerns. If this was once, it wouldn’t be something notable and definitely not something to write in a review - however, this has been the case each time I have met with him. At this point I will be transferring my care elsewhere due to it. I felt truly no care from him or concern about MY concerns.

Finally found my dental home! Dr Josh Kennedy and his team were great and easing my anxiousness and making me comfortable. They explained everything to me from my dental needs to dealing with my insurance. I 5 star them and recommed them to everybody looking for a new dental home! You won't be sorry!

This practice feels untrustworthy to me. They tried to get me to agree to some dental work with full knowledge that they were out of my network. I got the work done elsewhere with full payment from my insurance. 4 months after my appt. they are asking me for money for a cleaning because they were late to bill my insurance. Also, they had a lot of trouble wearing masks during the height of COVID.

Amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They worked with me when I was experiencing financial issues to break the payments up into manageable portions.
As for the dental work, It's been the most efficient dental work I've recieved in my life. My past dental offices would cause major discomfort while numbing my gums over multiple attempts but at Turnagain Dental they get it done on the first try.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! Dr. Kennedy and Erin were so knowledgeable and kind, and took time to explain everything they were doing and seeing. Refused to send bill in US Mail to new patient address.
Post reply: I called, left message and emailed my new address, but the office still refused to send a bill by mail. They are threatening to send me to collections.

This place is an absolute joke of a care provider. I just received a bill from 4 months ago because whoever works with insurance their has no understanding of how to tell which care will be provided. I spent over $300 dollars to get x-rays and panos which I was specifically told would be covered by my FEHB Blue Cross benefits. After paying them $200 dollars for "new patient enrollment" dues I just received another invoice for over $200 dollars from the "care" I received over 4 months ago now, saying it is over 90 days due and has finance charges on my account. I paid them, and hope to never hear from them again. Stay clear of these unprofessional and disorganized con artists.

I recently had my teeth cleaned by Erin at Turnagain Dental. It was my first time with her as my hygienist and she was wonderful. She is efficient and knowledgeable and made the experience easy and enjoyable... Her professionalism would make you think she has been there for years, but come to find out I was her first true patient as a hygienist at Turnagain! Perfect fit. First of many I’m sure. Thanks!
