I am usually very afraid of the dentist, but this time was different. Dr. Savannah MacGregor did such a great job and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my visit. The dental hygienist was my favorite. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was friendly and very kind. The staff at the front desk was so nice, too!

I haven't been to a dentist since I was a kid, and was pretty scared when I realized I had to schedule an appointment to deal with a bad cavity. But everyone at Alaska Dental Arts was friendly and helpful, and even when my tooth unexpectedly needed to get removed, the process ended up being quick and easy because of the skill and excellent bedside manor I received; I even got a follow-up call a few days after my surgery to make sure I was healing well and to check if I had any questions. I look forward to returning to Alaska Dental Arts for regular checkups, and I'll be recommending it to my friends and family who want a dentist visit without stress or complexity.

I'm 100% TERRIFIED of dentists. Dr Mitchell has been the most supportive, understanding, kind, DDS I've ever seen. He walked me through the plan before the even brought out tools needed, and warned me before he did anything. It's a Sunday and I shot out a message about one of the teeth he worked on Thursday and I got a prompt response (not just a "we'll call you Monday" but a back-and-forth conversation) and was fit in tomorrow to figure out what's up. This husband/wife duo are reinventing the dentistry game. I'll never see anyone else. Weirdest part? I was comfortable expressing the issue, and am not even a little concerned about going in again, when I'd normally ignore it and just give up on the rest of the needed work.
