Ridgeway Family Dentistry has gotten me in twice now on short notice. I had a tooth chip off and today I had a cap pop off while flossing. Both times, they got me in within hours of calling. And yet same experience for my wife when she had pain in a tooth.
And Dr Usry is a very good dentist with excellent communication skills.
I ordered our records sent to Ridgeway from our dentist in Washington state because we are both very impressed with the entire staff.

I had what I thought was a cracked/missing chunk of tooth, plus I saw a TikTok calling out yellow teeth with tens of thousands of comments lamenting that their parents didn’t make them brush their teeth, and this all caused me to seek out dental care.
I have a friend who used to work there which is why I called them. The gals on the phone were nice and got me in reasonably fast and adapted to my schedule as much as they could.
Check in was pleasant. Their couch is INSANELY comfortable. The appointment time wasn’t kept exactly, but I told myself that it was probably the dentist taking good care of the patient before me and hopefully that would be carried on to me. After all, I hadn’t been to the dentist in around 8 years.
Kayla was the dental assistant and she was really nice. Personable, relatable, like hanging out with a friend even tho we’d never met. She acted like a person who just happened to work at the office which is something I appreciate more than clean cut professionalism.
Then Dr. Usry came in and he was very pleasant. Explained what he was doing, how he was gonna do it, what his findings were, laughed at my jokes, and was very polite. As he worked, another patient was seated down the way, but he didn’t hurry to get me done and move on. He took his time and got me cleaned up nice. My assumption about a late appointment time was correct.
The office manager, Bree, helped me find a good toothbrush and I found that it was the same price on Amazon as it was in their office which I thought was pretty neat.
The cleaning went well, my teeth feel a little sore but that’s my own fault. I plan to be better and see these folks again in 6 months.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Top notch dentist and assistants that make you feel comfortable. Very organized and structured there’s no nonesense, and they’re forthcoming with everything financial beforehand. With a view of the outside on ground level almost doesn’t feel like your at the dentist.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but Jeanine was absolutely awesome she did everything she could to make me comfortable and it was a wonderful experience. She was very gentle when she cleaned and flossed my teeth. The whole staff is very friendly and very welcoming. It was a pleasant experience and for anyone out there who is not getting this kind of service at there dentist I recommend Ridgeway Dentist with 10 stars.
