I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 7 years. Yikes! The staff and Dr. Methven made me feel so comfortable and at ease, even when I had to get some serious gum work done. After a mixup with my insurance, they even offered to help offset the cost because it was more than they originally quoted. That’s customer service. After my 3 sessions I even received a handwritten letter from one of the staff saying thank you and apologizing for the mix up again. This place has earned my business for years to come!

On vacay in Alaska, I’m from Michigan. Day 2, right after breakfast I lost a crown! Luckily found an office open on a beautiful summer Saturday in Alaska. The receptionist was so understanding and went above and beyond to help me. She called one of the dentist, who came in on his day off and fixed the tooth for me! I can’t say thank you enough to this office! Highly recommend locals and visitors to call this office for all your dental needs!!
