Been going to Aurora for years after following Dr. Nick from his last office. Couldn’t ask for a better or nicer dentist, hygienist (Bree) or office staff. A+++++++

Dr. Nick was professional and thorough. My hygienist was also professional, competent, efficient, and explained procedures and equipment she used, very well. She also had a great singing voice, as did the hygienist in the next room...I highly recommend these folks. I would have happily rated 5 stars, however I was told that they won't submit claims for people with triple coverage. They even went so far as to say they didn't know any other dentists in the area who would, and I'd just have to pay up front at the desk, then submit my own reimbursement for the third insurance (which is exclusively dental insurance and covers most of the costs). I am now looking for a different dentist in the area. One who doesn't mind submitting to a tertiary insurance for their customers.

I have been to one dentist my entire life and they treated me so horrible. I just recently came to aurora dental for the first time a few weeks ago and they are the nicest, caring, easy going people. I adore their office and the staff that works here. They all always have a smile on their face and they actually talk to me and care about my teeth which is something I was NOT used too. They deserve 5 star ratings!

I cannot get over the amazing care I had today. I left in happy tears. For so long I’ve been terrified to go to the dentist cause life and bad experiences but between Christy my amazing hygienist and Dr. Nick I felt so comfortable! They heard my concerns and validated me while also setting me up with a plan for success to fix a few issues!

Today was my first time at an adult dentist office office, and they did great! The staff was very nice and friendly. I will absolutely continue going back there! 😊 Cerise was my hypothesis and I loved her she was super nice and easy to talk to. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and making me smile! I had an awful experience at Aurora dental with the office manager l. The way she talked to me was uncalled for she treats me red meat awful all due to insurance. I have dental insurance but it was an insurance they bought longer took I called in before my appointment and I gave them the information the girl told me if there was any issues they would call. To me that would mean if you did not take my insurance please call me to inform me saying I remember what insurance companies you are or are not in network with when I started 2 years ago does not apply l. My insurance paid but since Aurora was out of network they can charge a larger amount owed to patient in which they did. The office manager would not work with me at all she only gave me the you owe the full amount within 90 days. I would have never had x-rays done that day if I had been told any of this a head of time. I will not be returning and I will let others know who I know are patients what my experience was.
