My son had another comfortable and successful appointment at the dentist office today. The Dr. Boothe was great! My family has chosen Pediatric Dentistry of Alaska year after year for all our kids Dental needs. The Doctors and staff are always friendly and welcoming, plus knowledgeable, attentive and thorough too. Also the office has a very clean and inviting atmosphere, and my kids love the electronic games in the waiting room and watching movies while getting their exams. I really loved this place. My kiddo came in for a really problem tooth for a consultation. That same day they squeezed us in to have it removed for him! He has had bad experiences with prior dental procedures involving facial trauma in an accident between his teeth and a boulder ... and they really worked with his anxiety and it went so smoothly. He got multiple shots and those went smoothly and dr Robinson was very gentle and really tried everything to help him out. I appreciate everyone there and their accommodations for us. I really felt like my son was treated very well and given the opportunity to express his feelings , redirected and given positive reinforcement. The headphones and cartoons are a nice touch but nothing beats a caring doctor and awesome staff which this place has! The whole staff really has a heart for pediatrics and what a difference that makes ! Love this place !

Ive always been scared of dentists and i hate metal in my mouth and I didnt wanna push my fears onto my child so I made sure she brushed her teeth EVERY NIGHT. Know I know most would say twice a day but MOST dont...
So my daughter is almost 15 and has only gotten her teeth exam twice before and she was 13at the time and Not scared of dentist but she is scared of doctors in general so I asked on for reccomendations on Facebook for great dentist for a kid with anxiety and senory issues. And I was told by 2 of my friends to come here.

I called with a few questions in mind, the staff was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. The staff are all so amazing I wanted to know if they had an age limit..?
They dont...
I wanted them to know that my kid has to be told that what they are doing before doing it... It was just fine...
I wanted them to know about her senory accommodations needed..? They agreed....

I made the opt right away which the process was super easy. And she had the best experience. I wasnt even in the room. She didnt need me. I was so pleased with how easy the opt went. She got a cleaning, Xrays, and exam... no cavities. I was a proud mama. This was back in 2016 and since we have continued to see them for cleanings and yearly exams.

I WOULD and HAVE Reccomemend them to anyone with kids or needs accommodations.

Mrs. Brenda and Dr. Robinson were awesome! My daughter has a lot of anxiety and is scared to lay down on the chair, because she is afraid of heights. They were very understanding and worked well with her. Thank you!

The younger lady that was taking the xrays wasn’t as understanding as I felt she was frustrated that my four year old didn’t understand to keep her mouth closed on the piece.

Great with kids! I have toddlers and teenagers and the techs and dentists are excellent with all age ranges!

My child is extremely shy and scared of strangers and believe he won't even let his pediatrician touch him, but for whatever reason he really liked the dentist and felt comfortable being at the office. Needless to say my child is no longer afraid of the dentist. As far as dental work goes my son needed a lot of work done and the dentist did a wonderful job!

The environment is amazing as soon as you open the door! From the family bathrooms to the staff to the rooms, games, tv screens and the dentist! Was my daughters first time and she settled down soo fast!! Loved it! We will be going back in 6 months!

Best dentist office hands down!! Both doctors and staff go above and beyond to help get your child the care they need!!! I’m truly blessed to call this our dentist office! Thank you guys for all you do!!

We had to go to the Emergency Room for a terrible facial contusion and teeth avulsions for my little sister. We were worried about getting her into a dentist ASAP. The Pediatric Dentistry of Alaska immediately took us in with no questions asked even after hours!
Dr. Beck and Especially Ashley were amazing! They got us right in after hours and were awesome. They kept my little sister calm during the teeth removals and kept us informed. They answered all of our questions and in turn made us feel calm. I was amazed with Ashley in how kind and informative she was. They turned a negative thing into a posotve experience. This was the best care I have ever recieved from any providers in all of the State of Alaska! Thank you so much Dr. Beck and Ashley we appreciate everything you have done for us and we will always remember this. You guys are the medical professionals we need see and hear more of and you have indeed set this bar high for all of our medical professionals. Again, thank you so much!
