My two-year-old usually hated going to the dentist. All morning she told me that she did not want to go to the dentist. But from the time we walked in to Around the Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, she was very excited! The dental hygienist and the dentist were very kind and sweet to my daughter. They made her feel comfortable and like a big girl. At the very end my daughter told me that she wanted to go back to the dentist again! I cannot say enough great things about everyone at Around The Mountain Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, everything was kid friendly. The dentist and all the staff are so patient with the children and really put them at ease while being playful at the same time. My son's favorite part of the visit is always getting to pick a toy (or two or three) on our way out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know with kids. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

My three year old has Autism and needed caps on her front teeth, I took her to Around the Mountain Pediatric Dentistry. The whole time I was worried about the procedure, the staff was very respectful of my situation and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Now when I look back this was two weeks ago, my daughter is doing well. She adjusted to the caps within a day or so. Shes happy and so are we. The staff took great care of my daughter and even did a follow up call to see if we had any concerns. Thank you for being so nice, I am looking forward to her next visit.

From the moment I stepped through the door with my little guy, he felt comfortable. The front waiting room is filled with toys and play areas. Once in the back, the room that the cleaning/exam took place in was not "clinical" and frightening for my 15 month old and there were also toys here for him to play with while waiting. The dentist and hygienist were both very professional and friendly. The dentist performed the cleaning and check-up as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Crystal is fantastic. She deals with my high needs son in a loving, compassionate way while still getting the job done. The office staff, on the other hand make everything as difficult as possible. They do not care if your child is high needs or neuro-typical. They make you schedule appointment after appointment for treatments that could easily be done same day. Further, each time the office staff contacts you, they just say the same things over and over again without ever hearing the concerns or questions of parents or patients. My child does not deal well with dental procedures, and the office staff/scheduling/front of house does not care nor do they make any effort to streamline the process. If there were literally ANYWHERE else within 100 miles (we already drive 60) to have his treatments done, we would go there.

They were amazing they made my very hyper 5 yr old comfortable and made him feel like he was so awesome even after having so much work to be done Dr. Jessica, Dr. Jake and staff are amazing with kids I appreciated it from an anxious mother stand point they helped me to understand and helped me figure out how to prevent this in the future and answered all my crazy questions. It is always a pleasure working with Around the Mountain Pediatric Dentistry staff. We moved out of Flagstaff and decided to resume services with this office (2 hours away). Due to COVID our health care facility is closed but, I believe the staff here at Around the Mountain Pediatric Dentistry has our well being as a priority and we trust their services.
