Flagstaff Dentistry 4 Kids

We were sent to Flagstaff Dentistry 4 Kids by another dentist and I am so glad! They are amazing! Very friendly and cheerful, they knew how to make the experience enjoyable for my son. From the old school video games in the lobby to the movies playing on the ceiling while the kids get worked on, there are lots of things to keep the kids distracted. A wonderful staff all around and a great experience. Thank you so much!!!

Flagstaff Dentistry for Kids is great with my 3 yo! They are very friendly and quick, and make the process comfortable and less-scary for him. They do a great job!

My sons first dentist appt was a complete breeze! The staff were so sweet and patient with my toddler! It was over all a very good experience I’m glad I chose to go with them! I highly recommend them to anyone!

The staff here is amazing. They are flexible and so caring and go out of their way in an emergency. They go out of their way and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure the patients are pain free.

I have two boys my oldest is 8yrs and our little one is 2yrs, my oldest was terrified of dental visits since he started visiting the dentist. He had a very bad experience and never wanted to go to dental visit. So I didn't want my second child to be the same. we were referred by Winslow Indian Health Care Center WIC office, we were told the Flagstaff dentistry for kids made every visit comfortable and safe. I was amazed how my oldest was so calm and happy from start to finish, this was my little ones first visit and he was a little frightened but I know it well soon become,"just another walk in the park". I will most definitely be recommending Flagstaff Dentistry 4 kids to family and friends. Thank you very much and keep up the great job.

I’ve been a certified dental assistant for 16 years, and I was definitely impressed with this office! The best office I ever have taken my children to hands down! Highly recommended flagstaff dentistry 4 kids. They accept private insurance as well as accchs state insurance.

We have always had a wonderful experience here with our boys. The staff is very kind and I love how the technicians do such a great job at explaining the procedures to my 4 year old. Highly recommend this practice!

Super awesome, friendly staff!! Great kids atmosphere, clean, tvs in the ceilings for kids to watch as they're getting treatment. My three and eight year old LOVED it. Doctor (can't remember his name, the guy one) very knowledgeable and great at explaining to parents the problem and process!! An overall great experience!!

My Experience at this clinic was nothing less then amazing!!!

So, after being treated like garbage at our previous dental office, (Constant rescheduling, 1/2 hour waits in the waiting room, appointment cancellations, disgusting office area, Impatient/rude staff, and don't get me started on the actual dentist!!) we decided to call around and see our options.

When I called this clinic, (Flagstaff Dentistry for you) not only did they get me in for a same day appointment, but they listened to my concerns, and my worries, and were more the happy to see us.

As a mother of a six year old boy, it's not rocket science that most children hate the dentist! (Heck, most adults even hate it) && the last thing I need going into the dentist is for him to be more scared then he needs to be. So I'm always trying to do my best in making sure he feels completely safe from the moment we walk in, to the moment we leave.

Anyways, as soon as i walked in, my fears were put to ease:) The entire office is extremely clean and sanitary! lots of toys and activities for Kids, and even an arcade game Thats free to play. it wasn't over packed, or full of sick and crying kids, (My son and I were both in heaven!) it was literally perfect!

Within the first 3 seconds of walking through the door, I was individually greeted by both secretaries, offered a drink, checked in, and filling out our short intake form. (and even though i didn't have my insurance card on hand, they were able to look it up and didn't miss a beat)

after about a five minute wait we were called back to be seen.

when we first got in, multiple members of the staff greeted us both with big smiles, handshakes, and warm welcomes! Then after helping my son to open up a little bit (by talking with him about what he likes to do, making jokes, engaging in his concerns with him) they started to explain to him the equipment and what was going to happen. (then again asked him if he was comfortable). && remember, this is all still before they even looked in his mouth:)

They clearly didn't want to do anything at all with him being scared, and were more then willing to take their time in making sure he had a good experience.

Which makes me happy, because his dentist should care how he feels and should care about his concerns! (after all, the dentist isn't the most fun place to go) they were just so in tune with him and his needs that it was almost unreal.

Following our appt. The Dentist then took about 25 minutes listening to my questions (patiently waiting for me remember everything i had to ask). Not once did she make me feel rushed or hurried.(&& this was both the dentist and dental hygienist).

Afterwards, my son was given a "tooth care kit", a toy from the treasure chest, some stickers, a balloon, and a pair of sunglasses:)

They also got him pumped about the "good teeth club"!!

They scheduled our next appointment within 2 weeks, and since we've left, my son hasn't stopped talking about his next trip! he's so excited to see all of his new friends again, and show everyone how clean and healthy he's been keeping his teeth :)

I give flagstaff dentistry a 10 star rating overall **********

They are amazing, and they are now our new dental clinic<3
