I’ve been a patient here for many years. The hygienists are great, the office is extremely patient centered and well organized, and dr. Henkenius brings a high skill level to his work. On more than one occasion I’ve benefitted from his ability to measure, make and install a crown in one day. He also has great contacts with other dental specialists in flagstaff.
After some short term experience with dental offices in another part of the country, it really makes me appreciate the great customer care of this practice!

He is calm, funny, and explains things throughly. I recently went through a traumatic experience with another dentist and Dr Henkenius really just made me feel special and my mouth/feels/looks great! This review was not requested..... I offer it absolutely voluntarily..... I was simply so impressed with this dentist and the entire operation that I wanted to let others know about my experience.
My home base is Tucson but, I am a RVer..... and, I have worked and lived at the Grand Canyon this 2014 summer season..... recently I lost a large piece out of one of my back teeth..... I was concerned that it not become unrepairable before I return to Tucson in a couple of weeks..... so, before my periodic day trip to Flagstaff for supplies, I tried to locate a dentist that would check my tooth while there..... after being turned down by about a dozen offices on such short notice, I had given up hope of getting any help.
However, while in Flag, I happened to drive by Dr. Henkenius' office and decided to walk in..... I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment a short time later..... at my appointment, I found this dentist to be an unusually warm and caring person..... and, without requiring the normal obligatory x-ray, he checked my tooth and suggested that the repair work could wait a couple of weeks till I could get back home to my regular dentist and where I would have insurance coverage..... he even volunteered to call my dentist to help set things up for me when I get back..... and to top it all off, he didn't charge me a cent.....
That day, my long held cynical view of the medical and dental industries was jolted..... yes, Virginia, there really is still a doctor out there who cares about his patients, more than making money..... I could not give a higher recommendation than I do here for Dr. Bradley Henkenius!
