Dr. Nia is a wonderful Dentist! He is a very compassionate caring Dentist. He always has your well being and comfort in mind while he is taking care of your teeth. His entire staff have been with him for years and they are all very good at their jobs. I always have a great experience when I am seen. The front staff are prompt with communications and make navigating Insurance and payments a breeze. I highly recommend this office!

Always on time, friendly and caring. There is no other place in Gilbert I would go for my dental needs. Two thumbs up!

I seldom write reviews, but I had the most wonderful experience! I brought my 10 year old here, who has extreme anxiety about dental procedures, and Dr Vu was amazing! She took the extra time to comfort and talk to her and make sure she was comfortable for her procedure. I highly recommend Anna Vu! Her bedside manner was perfect!

My daughter who is 19 and on the autism spectrum had trouble with her wisdom teeth We brought her in. I didn't tell any of the staff about her. With in minutes the nurse I'm so sorry I don't know her name but she caught on, still gave my daughter respect talked to her, calmed her and asked about her life. She was the best!!! Thank you!! As for the two ladies upfront top notch!! They helped us with insurance questions and I also witnessed they helped out another patient. Again thank you so much!!!

I don't recommend this dentist.
I went here for about a year to get some work done, and it was great , but over time, things appeared to be going downhill.

I was told they would stop accepting any kind of insurance for cleanings, and would charge a flat cash rate. I think something like $60. That was obviously frustrating to hear. This is why I have insurance.

Then I had two fillings done there. They didn't have availability for the main dentist for a while, so I went with one of the other Dentists they had available. All was fine, until one of my fillings fell out a few weeks later, which is inexcusable in itself. I was having a lot of sensitivity (obviously, my tooth was exposed) and called to see when I could come in to get checked out. This was on a Wednesday, and I was told I couldn't be seen until MONDAY. That was very frustrating to hear.

The final straw was, when I asked on the phone, what my alternatives were, since I was not going to wait 5 days. The lady actually told me to go buy Sensitive Toothpaste. I actually could not believe it. I called another dentist and they took me Thursday morning and re did the filling no problem.

I don't recommend going here. Go elsewhere.

I’ve been a patient here for years. Very friendly and helpful staff and Dentist’s. They listen to your concerns. Dr Vu is wonderful and very patient.

Dr. Wu and her staff are the best around. You won't find a more gentler or caring Dental Office. Everyone from the front desk all the way up are absolutely wonderful.

It was my first time coming here. I have always had a fear of dentist since childhood due to traumatic experiences but the staff made me feel comfortable and helped reassure me I would be taken care of. I will definitely be back for more work done and highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

First time to use this dental service. I am very impressed with the quality of service I received: X-rays, oral exam and cleaning. Plus, they were very prompt. The hygienist was delightful and very gentle when doing my X-rays and cleaning my teeth. I am very pleased that I selected Dentists R Us: Dr Amanda Wruble.
