I’ve been coming here for the past four years and it’s been amazing. All the hygienists are really good. I tell them I want very clean teeth and I don’t mind feeling some pain or being comfortable… but they always get the results I want while making me feel very comfortable with absolutely no pain. They are great. I had to get one cavity filled and Dr. Goates made it pretty painless, even though I am afraid of needles.

Dr. Goates is such an amazing dentist! He does an excellent job, careful & gentle with his work so I’m never nervous about my visits. I always feel I’m getting the very best care when I’m at Precision. His staff is helpful, friendly, highly competent. Went in for my bi-annual cleaning as a first time patient at Precision Dental. I had to reschedule a few times due to conflicts, and they were always accommodating and friendly. Had the most efficient, friendly and informative hygienist who talked me through exactly what they were seeing and taking care of as it was happening. They also did a quick ad hoc Invisalign assessment and referred me to an orthodontist. Wonderful experience in every way. Will definitely plan to make this my permanent dental office.

Amazing staff, reasonable prices, Dr. Goates and Dr. Van Dyke are not only thorough with their diagnoses but treatment is precise as well. Went in for 2 cavities. I have an excessive amount of anxiety due to Novacaine injection. Susanne was absolutely amazing. It hardly hurt! Her kindness and understanding went above and beyond! Dr. Goetz is great too, he is also so kind.

First, I must admit that if it were solely my decision, I would rarely, if ever, visit a dental office. I have been to many since moving to Arizona. I can state with complete confidence, that Precision Dental is, by a wide margin, the best dental practice I have experienced in 35 years.

The dental hygienists sense my apprehension immediately, and are experts at answering my many questions and instilling calm. They are attentive, caring and professional.
The dentist is the heart of any practice, and Dr. Goates is an answer to prayer. He exudes a quiet confidence that calms the nerves. He listens and explains, always placing your best interest at heart. But, most importantly, Dr. Goates is a man of honesty and integrity. I want to remain positive in my review, but, I have had previous dentists suggest procedures that were unnecessary or unneeded. Dr. Goates is that diamond in the rough. I have complete trust him.
I am in no way affiliated with Precision Dental, but, I highly recommend this dental practice! You will be better and your oral health will be better for choosing them!

Dr. Goates and his staff are excellent. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth.
I’ve had gone through countless dentists in NJ and AZ and left because of bad experiences and Dr. Goates is definitely one of the few good ones. He spends time talking to you and is truly understanding about your needs but most importantly he listens and doesn’t pressure you into making decisions for his benefit or intimidate you into getting additional work done. To me that is what makes all the difference - treating your patients with respect and not just looking at them like dollar signs.
