I've been going to this office from before Dr. Head. He has done a great job with me. I was "only" disabled in the early years and they were always accommodating. I have since been diagnosed with ALS. As my muscles have weakened they have always been very helpful and caring.

That helpfulness and care is present in his work. If I had an emergency they would get me in as soon as they could. I appreciate that Dr. Head referred jobs that he didn't perform like root canals. His work is excellent. I have knowing that I can trust his work and recommendations.

Everyone was so sweet and friendly. The assistant was gentle and caring. This was the best dental experience I've ever had!

I was a customer of Dr. Beavers who used to own this location before Dr. Head purchased it. I'm assuming that's where he is claiming the 30+ years experience which is not true at all. When Dr Head took over I knew he was a new dentist but decided to give him a chance since I was familiar with the location and staff and I didn't feel like seeking out a new dentist. I noticed immediately Dr. Head would charge my insurance the absolute highest amount for cleanings and basic exams compared to industry standard. I never thought to complain until I had to deal with his total lack of experience in the field. I had several failed crowns and had to have adjustments made to dental fillings everytime he worked on me. He of course had excuses everytime and blamed a new piece of equipment that scans your tooth to do a replica instead of using the molding indention method. I put up with this for several years but had really become frustrated when one of the crowns he installed had fallen off for the second time within a one year period. Everytime his work had failed he would charge me full amount to fix it! This time he said he would offer a discount! When i asked to speak to him about the issue his front desk girl persisted to argue with me and I explained to her I wanted to talk to Dr. Head about it directly. He called me back the following day and told me I could come pick up the crown and take it to another dentist to fix and he didn't want to fix it! After speaking with several other dentists they advised me I should have sued Dr Head for his faulty work and made him pay for another dentist to fix it. I new he was inexperienced in all aspects of the business so I just wanted to get my tooth fixed and not have to deal with him anymore! I am sharing my story to save someone the time and money of dealing with what I went through. I feel like this is the only way to get any kind of reconciliation and hold people accountable for malpractice and bad business!

My personal opinion would not show a high level of class. Therefore a single star is all I am able to provide at this time. If I had the option of no star, then this review would be more accurate.

I have been a patient at Sonoran Vista for many years. They have consistently given excellent service, from Dr. Head to the hygienists to the front desk staff. I am always greeted with a smile, and feel welcomed when I walk in. I would not go anywhere else!

Had a painful issue come up and called for advice. They worked with my schedule to come in and get an X-ray. Katie the hygienist really went out of her way to look at my issue and Michelle the front office person was very helpful getting me an appointment with the Dr. Awesome team!

Since I was a little girl I had a lot of bad experiences with dentists. I’ve been attending here since 2013 and I was nervous when Dr. Madder sold the practice. However, Dr. Head’s decision of keeping the staff was the best. Everyone is so nice. They always truly make me feel welcome and are great at reminders and caring for their patience ❤️

I have have been going here for several years. Dr Head and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They are also very friendly and kind.

The staff here is amazing. They made me extremely comfortable as they kept an open communication throughout my whole visit. Krista was super helpful during my cleaning, giving me a ton of information to help me maintain correct hygiene at home. Jaime was amazing while checking me out, she completely broke down all of my charges and explained my insurance coverage to me even though my appointment ended after closing time on a Friday night! Her taking the extra time with me gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with my procedures. I would recommend Sonoran Vista Dentistry to anyone. I am actually looking forward to me next visit.

The very best dentist I've ever seen, and their staff is outstanding. I use to be afraid of going to the dentist but not anymore!
