From the start of my first phone call the office staff was friendly. They listened to my concerns. At our 1st visit with my 5 year old the hygienist was so patient, even with a child apprehensive about taking x-rays. She patiently cleaned my daughter's teeth then was able to get x-rays. Dr. Diatch came in for an exam and was very thorough and made my little one so comfortable that she now thinks of her as a friend! I loved how the Doctor took her time and explained everything to me as well as future concerns. I am so thankful to have found a great pediatric dentist!

An amazing place where We return again and again. The children run there, like we come to visit our family ))) My youngest son, who is always afraid of Dr . and cries, runs there without crying!!! . Doctors ,They are all beautiful ! Everyone are fine, attentive, friendly...my separate love is Stacy 🥰🥰

Two of my boys have been going here since they were little ATLEAST 8+ years. They had to have a no show back in 2016 because of a personal emergency(can't do anything about that) once in Feb 2022 because we woke up to the news of my oldest son's covid test being positive, so had to cancel both of them to be safe(guess I should of just took them) and then once in Oct 2022 because there Dad was supposed to take them and didn't because he got called into work and then didn't tell me. With that being said I called to make them appointments and I was told that because they missed 3 appointments (THREE IN THE MATTER OF 8+ YEARS!!!) That they can no longer be seen there. What a freaking joke! Thanks guys! 👋🏻

Absolutely amazing place, they did their best to make my son feel at ease and welcome. They explained everything patiently and thoroughly and gave some great tips for keeping his teeth in great condition. Dr. Jeanette MacLean was awesome and we look forward to seeing her again!💜

After trying several other Pediatric dentists, I knew I could finally call this “home”, and they cared for my kids. They allow parents to have options, (most places didn’t) and didn’t push unnecessary harsh treatments. I also love that they share about a gentle treatment option called SDF.

I sincerely couldn’t be more impressed by a dental facility. Everyone in the office is incredibly warm and friendly.
No toddler likes to poked and prodded so my daughter screams her little head off any time we go in but this staff is so accommodating and patient. I was blown away today when the dentist heard me speak Spanish to my daughter she didn’t miss a beat and told my daughter “oh you speak Spanish!” And began to sing to my daughter in Spanish. I’d never seen my daughter be calmed by anyone but myself or my husband. Needless to say it’s nice to see when others embrace different cultures and languages and while I don’t expect it every time or everywhere, it was especially nice to see in a medical/dental setting. That interaction was so heartwarming for me but also she took the time to go over concerns and even gave me some tips and tricks for helping my toddler with dental hygiene and she always walks out with her little goodie bag which is also a nice touch.

I cannot say enough great things about this team and their office and approach. It's worth the drive no matter how far to bring your kids!

I can not speak highly enough about Affiliated Children's Dental Specialists! My 6 year old went through a horrible experience at an office in NW Peoria and he was deathly afraid to go to the dentist again. In fact, he didn't want to get out of the car or the door to the office when we arrived. He was crying in fear. The whole staff knew about our prior experience and spent almost 1-1/2 hours with us working to make him more comfortable. By the end of our visit my son was sitting in the dentist chair allowing Dr. MacLean to do some minor cleaning. This was a huge baby step for us and he has already said that he would like to go back. Both the doctor and the hygienist were absolutely amazing and patient and I am beyond grateful for them. For the past 6 months my son and I have dreaded this appointment and they worked with us to make it a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. MacLean and her staff!

Do NOT bring your kids here!!!! My daughter has not been here in a couple years due to covid and some personal reasons. I called to make her an appointment and I have never been so disrespected, the office manager is rude and has absolutely no customer service!!! She told me since my daughter's chart is considered inactive and because she just turned 15 that they will not take her and she needs to go to another office!!! We've been going to this office since my duaghter was a baby! My daughter is still a CHILD, and this is a pediatric dentist office!!!?? How inconvenient, covid is a real thing out there, and if you take a break from this office they'll cut you off, IN A VERY RUDE MANNER!! No apologies for the inconvenience, instead she hung up on me! Ridiculous!!! If you are not good with people, customer service or do not like your job, quit!!!!! How did she even make it to management??

My kids have been going there since we moved to Phoenix, so we have been going there for over 20yrs, I love this place we moved 10yrs ago 2 1/2hrs away, and that didn't stop me from taking my kids there if I had to say a negative thing about this place it's the ortho is a little too pricey but other then that I love this place I wish they would do grown ups ❤️ and we all would still be going there
