If I'm taking the time to write a review of a dentist's office then they're either doing something really wrong or something really right. Desert Sky Dentistry is doing everthing right. I've been there through a few procedures now and I'm always impressed with the quality of their work. The staff, admin and medical, are top notch. Dr. Naik and her amazing staff are completely incredible. I am a person who absolutely despises going to the dentist. But here I feel completely at ease and comfortable every minute. Jahnna (I hope I spelled it correctly!) is my normal hygienist and she is so kind! Very thorough while also being gentle and informative. She always has helpful tips on how to use different approaches in my routine for better results. I really enjoy her and feel at ease when she is working on my teeth. The only thing I REALLY hate about cleanings is the scraping part. Well, if you have any anxiety at all, you are offered a pair of headphones and can choose a show on Netflix to watch from the tv that is mounted on the ceiling above your chair! Such a nice touch. Just a great distraction and a way to cut out the clinical noises that may bother you.
Dr. Naik herself is also very thorough and kind. Her interactions do no feel rushed at all and I must say she has a very calming presence. She took the time to explain a particular issue with one of my teeth on my recent visit and explained warning signs to look out for. I completely trust her and am so thankful I found her practice.
Speaking of trust - this is not one of those offices that will suddenly find a million things wrong with your teeth that must be fixed. I have had several friends have issues with borderline fraudulent recommendations from area big box dentist offices. Dr. Naik’s office genuinely cares about your dental health and has never recommended any unnecessary procedures for me. It really does feel like you are being cared for by family in this office.
P.s. The decor is really cool too! Lots of interesting international art and somehow feels upscale without being pretentious.
I know it’s a long review but I have never liked a dentist before! Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Naik is the best! I recommend her to everyone looking for a dentist! She is very trustworthy and full of integrity. When I first moved to AZ and went to a dentist, I was told I needed 4 crowns. I went to Dr. Naik for second opinion, was told I didn't need any crowns. Needless to say, I'm still with Dr. Naik 6 yrs later! And still no crowns!
I visited today with Covid-19 in place, and felt completely safe. She and her team go the extra mile with everyone!
I have had Tanya clean my teeth every 6 months. She too is exceptional!

I "found" my ideal dentist, Dr. Sheila Naik, about 10 years ago. I wish she had been my dentist many years before. She and her staff are truly amazing. Her dental expertise is extensive and the care I get is unequaled by ANY previous dentist I've ever had. Not only is the dental care the best, but the office is attractive and calming to all ages. When I have needed emergency care she has personally called me after hours and on weekends and given me the appropriate care. I would never leave her or her staff for another office.
