So many positive reviews prompted me to try this dental office. I found Suzanne, the hygienist, to be friendly and patient-focused. My experience with both dentists was deficient in patient-centered care. I found both providers to be lacking in professional “chair side manners” - either through a cold and uncaring approach on my first exam, to the second follow-up filling appointment, of introducing himself to my back, never explaining what he was doing or what to expect, and making no attempt to create a rapport, while abruptly leaving after finishing his procedure - still not standing in front of me to demonstrate respect. Unfortunately, it is my generation that did not teach their children what used to be the common courtesies - professionally or otherwise. Dr. Linda Day

This was my first appointment. They were very nice and polite. I really liked that they explained everything to me. Doctor came in and talked to me about a plan for checkups and for repair that was needed. I really enjoyed the experience and the team.

This isn't the first issue I have had with this place. I was just recommended a crown be put on a tooth I had issues with for many years with sensitivity. He never said what a crown was or anything. Just he would get me an estimate.
