Mountain Ranch Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

Called Mountain Ranch on very high expectations from a current patient of theirs. I am new to Goodyear and had a problem with my gums and figured I would go see them. Requested Dr. Rolfe but he was on vacation so I figured I would give his younger associate a chance.
My entire visit was very mediocre and just plain uncomfortable from the moment I was “welcomed” to the office by the lady up front. I was called to the back by the doctor himself and I couldn’t tell you the name of any of the staff members that came in contact with me due to the fact that no one (including the doctor) introduced themselves. I wanted to establish myself there as a new patient but I pretty much went in to be told I needed to go see my previous dentist that did my old work to see if I needed a root canal. Not even the female assistants had any interest in any other concerns I had or if I wanted to have any other teeth looked at. Everyone was just very dry and bland with me.
I really expected more from this really clean and beautiful office with a young doctor and what seemed to me like a slow day for them as they called me to come in earlier as they “had cancelations”.
Really hope it was just an off day for them.

My three boys and I have been coming to Dr. Joel Rolfe at Mountain Ranch Dentistry for almost seven years. Their care for us from routine care, to cavities to referrals for wisdom teeth extraction and a root canal for a child that damaged his front teeth has been very professional yet friendly and kind. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been so lucky to have found Dr Rolfe and his wonderful staff. They are so kind and compassionate in everything they do and Dr Rolfe is thorough and gentle. No one likes to go to the dentist, but since it's a necessary evil, I highly recommend Dr Rolfe and his wonderful staff!

I hadn't slept in 26 hours due to tooth pain. Went to Mountain Ranch, first time patient, with nauseating pain. The staff brought me straight back to the chair and Dr. Dent examined teeth, took x-ray and developed treatment plan. I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with the teams' treatment of a "walk-in" patient - let's say I am no longer looking for a personal dental team!

Great experience, fixed what a previous dentist messed up. The filling was too high and too big of gap between teeth. Put a lot of extra pressure on the nerve. Joel made the repair and my mouth feels so much better. Is very pleasant to work with. I like how he can numb my mouth and I don’t feel the shot. Glad I found them and went. Thanks

Again another great experience at the Mountain Ranch Dentistry. Oscar the Technician set me all up for the removal of a crown. Dr Rolfe did some prep work for the new crown. Left an hour later with a temporary crown. My cost actually went down, which was a great deal. Thanks for the awesome work...

Fantastic experience. Everyone was welcoming and pretty sociable. Friendly conversation is highly appreciated in an office setting and they excelled with me. The visit itself was painless and would recommend to anyone. Thanks y’all for a great dentistry experience.

I went to get my teeth cleaned and they have never looked and felt better. I moved from the East side to Goodyear and hated that I had to look for a Dentist! It was a wonderful experience. Dr Joel Rolfe checked my teeth and recommended a couple of things. No pressure and where another dentist said I needed a Crown, He said that I just needed a filling!! Very happy!

Very professional and courteous. They worked me in the following morning with a broken tooth. Would recommend without reservation.
