They get you in the door with a pleasant voice making the appointment and telling you what you want to hear. But when you get there it's a totally different story. I waited an hour and a half. Then was asked to wait another 35 minutes just to begin with an x-ray. I was not seeing this was unacceptable I had horrible service they knew they could not service me they said to let me know right from the beginning right from the appointment why did they schedule The appointment in the first place? It's a chain and it's a joke they try to sell you a dental plan do not go here

Bright Now Dental has been my dentist since 2014, and I couldn't be happier with their excellence in the dental field. I'm greeted with a smile and never have to wait too long for my visit. Today, I had a toothache and was told I had a cavity in the back of my crown, and might need a route canal. My dentist fit me into his schedule, and discovered I needed a filling and a new crown. They have the most up-to-date technology and NO PAIN!!!!!!! I will never switch to another dental office.

Dentist and assistant were very professional and friendly ! I am afraid of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable . Very pleased with my experience .

Steer clear of this place. If they had negative stars that’s the rating I would have given. As soon as I walked thru the door they sell me this “dental plan” for $79. Suppose to save you all kinds of money. They brought me back, did a bunch of X-rays then the doctor comes in and starts probing around not once addressing the problem I came in for. He leaves and assistant tells me she’ll be right back. 25 min later they say to go back up to reception for next appt. They never once mentioned the reason I came in but tried to schedule me for all these other procedures. When I questioned the receptionist she said... “ oh, I don’t know that’s a question for the doctor”. I said ok well then go get him. He wouldn’t come out. I could hear them whispering behind the partition. She came back with no resolution. It was pitiful. It was close to 5:00 so I’m guessing they all just wanted to leave. Two days later, consulted another local dentist and had problem resolved within an hour for a fraction of the price. Don’t waste your time going here. Their only concern is the almighty dollar!

Good explanation of options by hygenist, who was competent and friendly. I trust the dentist, who went out of his way to be sure I was aware of possible outcomes. Even the waiting room was fun...others waiting had us all laughing.

If there were negative stars, I would have selected that option. My wife & I would have spend thousands of dollars on a cavity treatment plan suggested by this facility. We got a second opinion because our intuition told us something was not right. My wife just returned home from another dentist office where that dentist told her she was "the perfect patient" and that she had ZERO cavities.

Spent several thousand dollars over 6 years for gingivitis treatments and insurance to defray cost. My new dentist office tells me I have no gingivitis! Trying not to think the worst of Bright Now but it's difficult. Now just trying to forget I ever went there.

The staff was very kind and very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that my appointment was moved from 11 to 4 PM and there was insufficient time to complete my adjustment in addition To my cleaning so now I have expanded to at least three trips, I thought it would all be finished in one trip

New to the area and needed to find a dentist. Very happy I chose Bright Now! Dental my visit to them was very professional. Would highly recommend them!

I went there in February, 2019 for X-rays, exam and cleaning (I hoped). I was 20 mins. early but was not shown into x-ray room for almost an hour. The technician sat me in a chair and said she would be back in 5 or 10 mins. - 35 mins. later she came back and started to x-ray my mouth. Part way through she had to be replaced by another technician and on her way out of the room she tripped on the cord that was attached to an xray piece of equipment in my mouth, the piece of equipment flew out of my mouth and amazingly didn't do any harm to me. After the new technician took a few more X-rays yet another technician came in and took over from the last one. Three different technicians to x-ray my mouth did not exactly fill me with confidence.
Next instead of proceeding with cleaning they sent another person in with estimates for a deep cleaning procedure. The costs involved were going to be more than a $1000 and I declined their proposal and left. They refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to their $1000 proposal. Ken Warren ex-patient.
