Was amazed 👏 for the kindness and services! They are professional and they explain everything you ask, and the process etc.. the receptionist or the lady(Audrey)who does the billing and all that thing was amazing 👏 explains everything about the payment and insurance! Very kind and know what she was doing! Very pleased 😀 to get our tooth fixed lol nice and clean,big office..all the staff was amazing 👏 thank you so much! The doctor very nice man! 👌

Amazing! I had a filling fall out and didn’t have a dentist, I called and they got me in the next day. They were super friendly and the office is clean and professional. The visit was quick and my filling is beautiful- it looks way better than before. You can’t even tell there’s filling - looks so natural!

I get very anxious when I come to dentist because I don't like the tools in my mouth or the scrapping when cleanig but Lynette is excellent! On time, very attentive, gentle informative and always checks in on me as she goes through the process. Rosie her assistant is so sweet as well. I was complaining that my hands were so dry and she asked if I'd like some lotion! Ohhh made my hands feel so much better.

I was so terrified to have to get my 4 wisdom and two additional molars removed. Luckily the surgeon was amazing and i literally had no pain and was feeling normal the same day. Totally eased my fear of going to the dentist and i look forward to completing any and every treatment i need here.

DON'T go to this office unless you plan on never needing anything from the front office and/or you never plan on having your records transferred to a diffrent office. I work the front office at another clinic and had called over to ask that they send over current films for a patient that was going to be new to us and also pregnant, she didn't have the option of just taking new xrays. For some reason when I had called from my office phone no one picked up and I waited on hold for a bit, while on hold I tried calling them with my cell phone and suspiciously was answered right away (seems to me like when they saw the caller ID that said *office name* Dental they didn't want to answer). When I explained to the lady that had answered the phone why I was calling, there was a huge attitude change and I felt like my simple request ruined her day. Fast forward, I had to call the office 3 more times before the start of the patients appointment to try and get them to send over the films, which never ended up happening. When the patient got to our office, I called one last time and I will be honest I had no patients and was frusturated, but was told "we're busy what do you want us to do" and then was hung up on! Overall super rude and unprofessional, they caused a lot of headache and frustration for the patient when they could've just taken the 3 min. to send them over and be done with it. *Bonus points- the patient said they were rude to her on the phone also, and the patient had seen another office between ours and Laveen dental and they were unable to obtain her films from them also*
I will be calling their offices regional manager to express my concerns as well! :)
