Let me tell you why this is the best dental clinic in Arizona!

I went into this clinic for the first time last week to get a severe toothache looked at. I’ve only ever seen one dentist for all of my dental needs/cleanings for my entire life (on the other side of the country), so I was a bit nervous. After that first visit, I left feeling like a family member. Every staff member I talked to (I’m horrible with names, I’m sorry 🙃) made my day and visit significantly better! Anyways, I ended up needing a root canal and came back on 10/17 for the initial treatment. They were busy, but still delivered the same level of high quality service that helped my anxiety out. We did the initial treatment, but halfway through I had a reaction to the numbing medication that I’ve never had before. Dr. Chen and the ENTIRE staff continuously kept and eye on me and took care of me better than most hospitals I’ve been to. They were so supportive and patient with me while my body sorted itself out, then finished the treatment past the time they closed. I can’t stress enough that Dentists of Mesa is the only dentist I will ever see for as long as I live in Arizona. It is a fun and professional environment, so if you’ve read this far then there is no need to go anywhere else but Dentists of Mesa!

The best dentist office in the valley! The office staff is beyond kind. Dr. Chen is the very best. She does great work! They are affordable and get you in quick. They work with you in so many ways. They put you to ease when your nervous. Thanks for always being great with my family!

I have severe anxiety and fear due to horrible and painful past experiences with dental offices and have not been to the dentist in 10 years over it. Dr. Chen, Claudia and Lindsay are absolutely wonderful. Even the receptionists asks how I was, hows my anxiety, and explained everything. I did receive medication to help with my anxiety which no other dentists has offered before. I went 2 days in a row for deep cleaning and removing/refilling old crowns and old fillings = about 6 hours of work. On top of the caring compassionate team, prices never changed. What was told to me stayed that way, and this has not been my experience before. I truly feel better about returning here, and continue my dental care with Dr. Chen. I understood my care and what I need to do going forward and truly appreciate this office and the time they took to make me feel comfortable.

All I can say is AMAZING! Everyone one in this office is AMAZING! I had a bad tooth that broke and things right now are tight. But they stepped out and came out with something worked out I can afford. They take all kinds of insurance but most importantly can set up payment plans. Wanda was great in the front office. And Dr Chen and all the other staff were caring and compassionate. I was scared and in a lot of pain and one of the techs comforted me the whole time. You can not go wrong coming here.

I’ll be honest, I have extreme dental phobia. In the past I’ve dreaded getting my teeth seen by the dentist because it was so painful. I’ve held off from a dental check up for years. When I came in, Dr. Chen instantly put me at ease. After my initial screening, I knew I had a lot of dental work to be done. However, she was really considerate of my time and actually was able to do a same-day crown and tooth filling! I was really impressed by the amount of caring and professionalism of both the dentist and her team. I could tell my comfort was the number one priority. She took time to make sure the numbing injections were effective and that I was super comfortable before she started any work. Overall, I would definitely come here again and I know that now I will be more consistent with my dental care and follow up. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable at the dentist office!

The front desk associate Lily is 👏 amazing. She remained professional, explained things well and really brightened up the office staff. She was friendly with other clients and I could tell that the staff here really gets along well. Great environment and great associate.

First off I wanna say how awesome this office is, all of the staff is friendly, welcoming and very informative. Dr.Chen was very thorough, kind and you can tell she really cares about you. Lily went over my treatment and helped me really understand my insurance and how much I was paying and why. Wanda the office manager was very professional and one of the kindest people I know! If you have to pick a Dental office PICK THEM!

My wife and I have been going here for almost 3 years. We love the staff. They recently changed the main dentist and it’s even better now. Wanda at the front desk and the assistant Vanessa are particularly great. I recommend.

Dr Chen is a wonderfull dentist and caring. I would highly recommend her.Vanessa is a great assistant, have had a wonderful experience at their office with everyone on staff. Dr Chen and Lily do such a good job explaining my options. I am not tech savvy and the ladies are patient with me.
