I haven’t gone to the dentist in years. I decided to come to Family Dentistry and I am very happy with this place. The dentist is very knowledgeable and really cares for his patients. Everyone in the office is just amazing! The office is also very clean!!:)

Do not go to this so called family dentistry. The dental hygienist Maria was rude as well as the manager. I was called at 6:45pm in the evening about a late fee for $25 for a no show appointment. I explained to both the manager and Maria I did not confirm nor receive anything about an appointment. I was treated very rudely. These women were very unprofessional and had continued to talk over me. I do NOT recommend taking your family to this dentistry. I have been nothing but kind, and respectful in doing business with this office. The only reason I gave one star is so I could write this review. Extremely disappointed in this so called Family dentistry.

DO NOT COME HERE. Their high rating is because they offer "free gifts" for 5 star ratings right there in the lobby. It should be illegal. They scheduled me for x-rays for an emergency tooth extraction, said they needed to get insurance approval. The insurance approved it immediately the next day. However they never called back to schedule the actual procedure. Turns out they don't even offer the procedure they requested approval for "wisdom tooth extraction". Now it's a few weeks later and I have to go through this all again with another dentist office.. Remind you this was supposed to be an emergency procedure.

Entire experience was great! I felt welcomed and everyone including the assistant, doctor , and hygienist were helpful and explained thoroughly what was being done to my teeth as well as future services.

Everyone here is amazing! I have been coming for over 20 years and moved to MN 3 years ago. I tried a local dentist by me but they just didn't compare. So now I schedule dentist appointments when I come down on vacation.
