Very caring. Explained thoroughly what he was going to do when I was so afraid. Reassured me also. Dr Smith and his assistant (I forgot her name) were excellent and went beyond their jobs. The gal that works up the cost (I forgot her name too) was very caring and thoroughly explained what services and cost were. She came to me not me to her. That's special.

I can not say enough good things about this dental practice! I had 5 visits over the course of 2+ months to address issues before these became quite serious ones down the road! And if there is such thing as dental visit phobia and anticipation of pain - it is a real issue for me, especially with 5 visits and one more on the way! So ... If you suffer from dental anxiety and hesitate or look for practice that will help you thru those visits- this is the place to have your dental needs taken care off at! Second to none!
With all that being said, extremely pleased with the dental services and care that has been provided both to me and my husband! Lengthy surgery yesterday. Using the nitrous oxide really helped me. I was very nervous n not sleeping. From having my hand held (n sometimes I squeezed Yagumi - I hope the spelling is right) I almost took her fingers off. Even putting lip balm on my lips she is great. Dr Rauch made sure I understood what he was doing n why. I say xrays. A lot of positive comments n guidance. I have referred 1 more person n have a couple others in mind. My insurance does not cover his practice but he is still charging less for more than my insurance. I was referred by a trusted friend n I referred 2 more. And don’t forget the office staff. They r terrific too. I have bottom teeth again for the first time in years. It will take sone time to get used to the changes. No pedicure given however. 😶😊

This office is so friendly and kind... they have worked with our finances to do necessary dental work. They have very skilled and friendly techs and a brand new office with up to date equipment! I would send my parents there if I could... which should speak for itself!
