Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. Though the staff has, "a heart to please," the results do not.
I signed in and signed a document for the cost of my visit, even after agreeing to an additional charge while in the chair, when it came time to pay the bill it was much higher than quoted.
My second visit didn't turn out any better. I had asked for a copy of my records and received a blank thumb drive. After visiting the office again, to ask for my records, what I was given was incomplete. I requested a 3rd time via email and received no response at all.
They genially care if you are happy, yet not that you have good business relation with them.

I don't think anyone would say they really liked going to the dentist. But I can genuinely say I don't have a problem going when I need to, because Payson Premiere Dental is a good experience. The best I've ever had for a dentist and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. Don't hesitate anymore this is the place to go!! Payson Premier Dental provides the best dental care you could ever hope to find. Every member of the staff is friendly and provides for your every need as a patient. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Wade is thorough and clearly explains the reasons for any procedure you need. She also takes the patient’s concerns and preferences seriously and works with you. I can’t think of one thing that a dental office could do better than Payson Premier.
