I was impressed with the charisma and welcoming nature of the staff. The doctor who did my two crowns was delicate and caring. She took the time to explain the process to me and seemed genuine. I appreciated that because it made me feel comfortable. Her and the assistant talked me through the procedure as it was happening and it was not nearly as scary as I anticipated. A good majority of my worry was addressed by her calming nature.

The staff here is wonderful: from their financial explanation to their dental health plans, AZ Cosmetic and Family Dentistry has been on point every time I’ve visited. Dentist visits are no longer something to be scared about! Going to this dental office is unlike any dental experience you've had before - you can feel everyone just wants you to be comfortable, and have a painless experience. The ambiance was bright, clean, and felt safe. My hygienist was Luis and I highly recommend him - efficient, explained things thoroughly, and took his time where it mattered, he made sure I felt comfortable and I felt taken cared of! I definitely recommend this dental office and I'm so glad I found them!

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The entire office is so inviting! All of the staff was very professional and polite and made me feel welcomed! The doctor was AMAZING 🤩 she answered all of my questions took her time to understand what I wanted and explained everything so thoroughly! I would recommend this office anytime!

The staff was super friendly. My husband was a bit of a handful as he was in serious pain but everyone took it in stride and understood his misery. They were super professional and empathetic to our situation. I would go back and plan to again and again. Thank you to everyone who had to put up with us (mostly him lol). Thank you for your patience and caring attitudes. He feels so much better already

This office is state of the art. All the staff are absolutely the friendliest medical staff I have been around. Not your typical dentist office. Facility is far above my expectations. Had same dentist for 25 years, am truly glad I gave AZ dentistry the chance to see me as a new patient. Wonderful place to go.

Normally I don’t really do reviews. But this dentist. It’s the best one. Every member of the staff is so sweet and helpful. I get mad anxiety about dentists and doing things to my teeth bc it’s expensive and whatnot. When I told them about last experiences not only did they hear me but also accompanied for me as well. I’ve had 5 appointments w them and I’m doing Invisalign w them and it’s all going so magical!! It’s just a really happy and calm atmosphere and i super appreciate it. From everyone. From the front desk ladies to the assistants to the dentist herself. The dentist is super helpful and wants to do the job correctly the first time. Which I greatly appreciate. They all just really know what they’re doing and how to help. 🙂

I went there because my daughter had a toothache and they were the only ones to call me back. My daughter and i were hesitant because of previous experiences at other dentist. If I could give them 20 stars I would. They were extremely gentle with my daughter and put both our anxieties to rest. My daughter felt very little pain while they worked on her tooth. They stopped if she said she was and gave more time for the numbing medication to work. This was a very pleasant experience for my daughter and I which will make it easier to come back and have regular visits.
