Pleasant Dental Care

The station I was placed in was completely filthy. The tool holder area had left over stains from previous patients. Hygienist was nice. The dentist who looked at me took less than a minute of his time. Never addressed why I came in instead focused on something else. Never explained any issues that were found if any just communicated with assistant. Left in such a hurry that I didn’t get a chance to explain my concerns. At 75 years of age I can safely say this has been the WORST experience in any dental office I have ever had. I will not recommend this office to anyone. If the mechanized means of customer service Is the best you can do I need to go elsewhere where quite possibly I would be treated with respect and listened to. I spent $300 to join your smile club and now understand that was a complete waste of my money. Spend it wisely as it is the last of my money spent with this office. If there were a negative rating possible you would have earned it.

I am truly in AW with Pleasant Dental. Our family of 7 has been to numerous dentist over the last 32 years and this was the first time I have seen the dentist take their time and interact with patients. Dr. Turke and Bella was amazing and caring( this was my first visit) I also observed the other dentists who listened and cared for the other patients. The front desk was also amazing. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend Pleasant Dental care. Thank you all!!!

WOW! AMAZING! Staff was simply incredible. I came in as a last minute accommodation due to terrible jaw pain. The team was so kind and caring to examine my mouth. There was genuine care for me as a patient and I felt like I was in great hands. The team has a lot of fun and works just as hard, you can tell!! And Tony was amazing, he worked so hard to get me a night guard as quickly as possible due to my immense pain. Incredible team. Will recommend to all.

Pleasant Care Dental has an excellent staff. I was very comfortable with doctors and dental assistants. Staff came up with a quick solution when it was time to make decisions about my troublesome tooth. They all worked together to make me comfortable and to deal with the issue. The visit was "PLEASANT".

Amazing experience from start to finish. My dtr has a very complicated dental history, so this place is top notch and very thorough in their consultation and examination. The entire office staff is very friendly and a delight to work with. Thank you so much for your professionalism and amazing bedside manner. We appreciate you and will be returning.

This was my 3rd visit here. Today I had my third and last wisdom tooth removed. That wasn't the plan, I came in for a cleaning but I was told it had a cavity on it, so that was my reason for getting it removed today. These people are good they were able to fit me in, instead of me coming back. I'm an hour drive away now. My first time here was back in November 2019 the day before Thanksgiving. I had two wisdom teeth removed that day. That Original Dentist has moved on, but I keep coming back here for cleaning. Also had a few filling done today. It was kinda strange that so much had changed with my teeth since February of this year but I'm Glad I was able to get everything taking care of in one visit. Awesome people here!

Hadn't been to the dentist in several years. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Took care of everything I needed in one visit! Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely recommend anyone to come here for dental needs. Thank you everyone at pleasant dental!

My family and I came to Pleasant Dental Care for the first time today and we could not have been happier with our experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made all of us feel comfortable right away! We highly recommend this office!

I haven't had any major work done here thankfully, but my dental cleanings are always a "pleasant" experience. The front office staff are always nice and welcoming. I never wait in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. And their hygienists are fantastic. I would recommend them.

Excellent office! I had the best experience with a wisdom tooth extraction… Dr Thurks is wonderful I did not even feel the Novocain injection. He took his time injecting my gums so they were numb as the needle went in further. I only had one other dentist in all my life who was as good as he was. Highly recommend them all!
