Unfortunately I’m having to write a second review. Less the a year ago I came to this office to have some dental work done. I was having a bone graph and some gum procedure done. Well both surgeries haven’t gone as planned. The first one Dr Garret left a screw in the area he performed the first surgery on and I found out 9 months later after having gone to get X-rays at a different dentist office as to why I was having pain in that area. After the first surgery and not knowing how bad the first one had gone, I went back a month or so for the second surgery and the screw that was left behind still wasn’t found. Needless to say thankfully I found this and I wasn’t able to earlier because of the pandemic but now I’m having to move forward legally. This dental office has promised to refund the money On the second surgery and still have yet to do so. now they are fighting me on the refund for the first one. I’m telling you please do not spend any money here. Both surgeries didn’t go as planned and the fact they still haven’t refunded me almost 8 months later for the second one and now I’m finding out about the first one. These people are very misleading and now I’m in a terrible situation on top of the pandemic. I pay out of pocket with no insurance and this has been very hard on my health.

I am terrified with going to the dentist. The instruments give me anxiety. They make me extremely comfortable when I'm there. The customer service is on 1000 each and every time. It been at least a year since I have been there and they remembered me which made the visit even more rewarding. I work with the public and its a downright nightmare these days so I thank them all for being awesomely professional and also a sense of home. I will never use another dentist office so they can't every close and never retire JK JK!!! Thank you again.

Going to the dentist isn't top on anyone to do/want list, so I am so thankful I found this place. The team is kind, gentle and caring. They make sure they get you in and out on time but not in a rushed way but as they understand you hav a busy day too. The team feels more like family than an office. I recommend to everyone. Bonus: You always know what the cost will be (if any, due to insurance). Never a surprise bill in the mail.

This is a corporate dental office with under qualified new staff members. They hurry up and rush you through without doing a thorough job. I spent hundreds of dollars at this place for a deep clean and they didn't remove everything like they said they did. Not to mention during the deep clean all of the sudden I need a root canal and they drilled most of my tooth out leaving a giant whole in my mouth. DO NOT GO HERE! A business, much like the government, has no interest in your health. It's all about production and numbers. Please go to a small regular local dentist who is going to take their time and truly care about you.

Camelback Smiles Dentistry has been so amazing to me since I have started going to them almost two years ago. The staff are welcoming and friendly from the time you walk through the door and when you leave. They are always willing to help in anyway possible! I want to give a shout out to Roxanne for staying after everyone have already left so I could come back in for her to fix my temporary so that I wouldn't have to be in pain overnight or miss work in the morning. I want to thank you'll for working me in today and always resolving my pain. Keep up the awesome work you'll do each and everyday, I appreciate all the dedication in what you'll do for people.

Fantastic staff! This maybe long but it will be worth the read. My child had a horrible experience at a pediatric dentist. Since then it has been nothing but panic the moment I mention going to the dentist. The staff here took their time to show my child what things were how they worked and answer all the questions that were asked. They did not dismiss any questions at all.

They allowed my child to watch my teeth cleaning to relieve any remaining anxiety. My child had to come back and get a crown and 3 fillings (yes I know a lot). Once again the staff was fantastic and answered all the questions a child asked then walked threw what was going to happen relieving any anxiety again before starting.

They have made life long patients from the both of us. I love how they all address the questions being asked by a child to said child.

It had been over 20 years since my last dentist appointment, so needless to say I was a bit anxious. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had the deep cleaning, which all my friends said was going to leave me in terrible pain (which made me even more nervous). But the pain management of the staff was unbelievable and I walked out with little to no lingering pain. Would highly recommend this office to anyone nervous about visiting the dentist.

Today was my first visit to the dentist in quite a while. From Jocelyn the office manager to the rest of the reception staff I felt right at home. The outer office is comfortable and well maintained. My appt. was set for 11am and I was taken right on time, and on a Friday at that. Dr. Felien’s gentle manner inspires confidence in her ability to put you at ease and at the same time, get all the information needed to help the patient. I would highly recommend giving Camelback Smiles an opportunity to assist with your next dental visit. The location is perfect in and out access.

No one likes going to the dentist. In the past I have always gone somewhere because it was who I was used to. Finally I have found somewhere I like to go and all the staff is incredibly caring. They made sure I was comfortable all through my visit and dental work and made sure I understood everything before they moved on. I haven't appreciated an entire office like this before!

Very unprofessional. Had appointment scheduled for January 3rd. They sent me a reminder post card a week before the appt, a text message the Wednesday before to confirm the appt and a reminder text the day of the appt. I get here and the office is closed. Apparently the patients time isn't as valuable as theirs.
