I have been a patient for over 2 years. Dr. Matt and his staff are fantastic. They're very professional and extremely friendly. They make me feel comfortable and at ease. They advise me of what to expect and explain each step and answer any questions I have about the procedures. Dr.
Matt is thorough, kind, gentle and funny. He and his staff makes me feel like I am part of the family. In one word they are AWESOME!
I would recommend them to anyone.

Mimi is an excellent dental hygienist who truly cares about her patients' dental health. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain things to her patients. She is also very thorough in her cleanings, making sure to remove all plaque and tartar from her patients' teeth.

What sets Mimi apart is her attention to detail. She takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns and addresses them with care. She is also very proactive in identifying potential dental issues before they become bigger problems, which has helped me avoid more serious dental work in the past.

Overall, I highly recommend Mimi as a dental hygienist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and she truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

LOVE this dental office. Been going here for years. Dr Mike is great and has a gentle touch when giving those numbing shots. And Mimi, my hygienist, is THE BEST. I have very sensitive teeth and she goes out of her way to lessen that. And Rena, the front desk gal is very personable so we talk and laugh. The whole office is great. I could go on and on and on……

Mimi and Dr. Matt have been keeping my teeth in top-top shape since 2015. I have only cheated on Mimi a couple of times (when I did it was with Erin). I have had some old cavities redone and it was a comfortable and positive experience.
My children started coming shortly after me and have been cavity free for their entire lives (12 & 8) and are always excited to go. They look forward to the books and the post-visit treasure chest.
Not to boast too much but I think my family frequents the office more than most but we don’t fair the dark side of dentistry because we visit frequently for quarterly cleanings. Yes, that means we go to the dentist every 3 months.
I can always count on Renee to help me align my appointments and track when we are due for an exam (every other visit). It’s a lot to keep up with and so appreciated. Especially since I married and threw a few more bonus kids on the schedule.
There are many dentists to choose from in Phoenix but if you’re reading this and looking for a reputable, honest, and caring dentist I believe you can count on this team.
Renovations to the office are taking place at the time of this review. In memoriam to the beige and Tuscan feel. I will miss it.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The dentists are really accommodating. I am rather particular about my tooth care and they were understanding and professional. I trust my smile, and my family's smiles at this dentist's office. My wife goes here and one day my daughter will when her teeth come in. 5/5 great place.

At my first visit, I was welcomed by the front office staff and then met by my hygienist, Olivia, who was skilled and very knowledgeable. Dr Matt came in and put me at ease. He explained what he saw and discussed his recommendations in detail. I was a part of the treatment plan unlike my last dentist. North Central Family Dentistry clearly cares about its patients, treating them like family.

As an elderly person of 66 continued health care is a priority for a quality of life. Obvi at 66 I’ve had a few dentist over the years in another state. In Phoenix I found a dentist with the ability, lab and equipment needed to maintain my teeth into the next 30 years. They are timely, polite, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, but to me the most important thing is
This office runs like a fine tuned clock. You never wait or wonder what is happening as the feedback and quality care is there. This is an excellent staff and dentist.

My family goes to North Central Family. When I came to town this is where they recommended I make an appointment. The people up front were helpful, awesome and very personable. My hygienist was thoroughly informative, gentle, and very caring. The dentist was still the same way very gentle. I would highly recommend this North Central family dentistry
