Went in to horizon dental sorta nervous. The ladies were super helpful, and really nice. The guy who checked on my teeth and ect was super nice and very helpful on how healthy my teeth actually are and helped me understand a lot about the treatment planned for me !!. Definitely recommend this place !!!

For being the first time and especially with staff changes, the staff which are wonderful people were the key to coming back. Its the people in the profession of dentistry that makes it great, and Horizon Dental Group is just that, it's GRRREAT! Denise, the dental hygienist is great, and Vee, the dentist assistant is terrific with all the new tech machines and computers,and the dentist Dr. Reeder is very kind and gentle with our mouths and talking to us, to ease our anixety down. Kelly and Shaniaigans were the best to welcome the patients and give them a laugh or two with bright smiles. BT All in all everyone is so very friendly and likeable. :)

BEST Dental office ever! Thank you soo much Shannon and Cindy! The ladies up front go the extra mile and then some for their patients! The staff and dentist were AMAZING and caring and really helped to make it possible for someone with horrible dental experiences and constant mouth issues to finally get some help, understanding and come up with a plan for a shiny new mouth! Broke a tooth (#3) on Monday and Dr Reed office was able to get me in for treatment Wednesday. He did an extraction and procedure was smooth and currently pain free less than 24 hours later 👍😄

I would highly recommend Horizon Dental! Dr Reed & Dr Reeder are outstanding Dentists. This is a very professional practice with highly qualified Dr's. Notwithstanding, my hygienist Denise is the best without question. Denise is meticulous about her work.

I went in for cleaning. Denise was great. She performed the cleaning, and explained the things to look for. The wait for the doctors exam was a bit long but they were busy.

Dr. Reed is great, no complaints there. However, very dissatisfied with lack of communication from the front office... when the first part of my treatment was done, I checked out with the receptionist and inquired about the next appointment; I asked if the $3000+ could be broken into two payments, and I was told the office manager would call me to discuss that with me... that was 2 weeks ago. I have also left 2 voicemails that have gone unanswered. I'm about ready to find another dentist to do the rest of the work - too bad, because I liked Dr. Reed.

I was really nervous but the dentist and staff helped me to feel at ease. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The only thing so far that could use improvement is the building, seems a little small for the number of patients. The rooms seemed really close to each other.
