I just recently moved to Arizona and needed a new dentist… My Insurance company gave me a list of local dentists in my area and I went into some of the offices to get a business card and say hello and immediately when I walked in Horizon Dr. Reed’s lobby and was greeted With a friendly smile & I just knew then and there this was the place for me. And my gut feeling was right! I couldn’t be happier with every single employee that I have dealt with. They go out of their way with their friendliness and helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reed and his staff highly to anyone. They are very professional and down to earth. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and you don’t have to wait very long at all till it’s your turn… I can’t say enough nice things About the Prescott Valley office . I recommend you give them a try, you’ll keep coming back!

We love Horizon Dental! My daughters had their first appointment today and we were so impressed by them! Immediately felt like part of a family. My daughters have had horrible experiences at dentists in the past so they are always scared to go. The whole staff was caring as well as professional. Dr Reed saw my daughters, but I have had appointments with Dr. Costes in the past and I can’t say enough good things about them! So thankful we found them!

Just moved from California where I had an awesome dentist for the the last 3 years, so I had very high expectations trying to find a new dentist in a small town. But I was pleasantly surprised these guys where great, friendly, clean and on time. It was just a first appointment with X-rays and eval but everyone was through and very nice. Dr Costes explain my plan for me which was just a cleaning for now.

Great experience from beginning to end.
Had xrays taken, met Dr. Reed, an excellent, well educated dentist with a wonderful calming personality who checked me out and encouraged me to continue my brushing and flossing.
As we were checking out we were offered an opportunity to get our teeth cleaned the same day. So we returned at 1pm and were both out by 2pm (Megan-the hygienist) was awesome.
Overall, I would say one of the best dental experiences in my 77 years.
