Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Horizon Dental. The staff is so friendly and professional ! The office is amazing all equipment is new and up to date, very modern facility also very clean. Dr. Reed is very kind and gentle. Over all if you have to go to the dentist this is the place to go.

Horizon Dental, and Dr Reed, have taken care of my dental needs for many years. They have provided great service, time and time again...very dependable. Their facility is very comfortable, and very clean. The staff is second to none, in their field. You are always welcomed with a warm smile. Most of the staff have been working there, for a long time...which says a lot about the positive work environment. Additionally, Horizon Dental is great about follow-up reminders; Emails/text messages/phone calls. Never accidentally miss an appointment again.

We've been going to Horizon Dental for several years now. The staff are extremely friendly and exceptional. Dr. Reed is really great. He is very calming and gentle so if I'm feeling any anxiety, it quickly dissipates when speaking with him. I also don't mind having my teeth cleaned because the technicians are wonderful too! It's truly one of the best dental offices we've ever been a patient of.

It was December 23rd. My insurance was changing December 26th. I needed a new mouth guard and found out my new insurance coverage was not going to cover. I called the office to find out if by chance I could come in that day to fitted for a new mouth guard. They worked me in so that my insurance could be billed before the change on 12/26. I was so impressed and grateful they did that for me as it saved me money. I would highly recommend them for your dental care. They really care about their patients.

I can't thank the lovely people, at Horizon Dental Group, enough for their incredible customer service and willingness to put the customer first! When a dental emergency came up, they got my daughter in to see the doctor in record time. They work hard to keep dental expenses to a minimum and explain what needs to be done in a clear and concise manner. We highly recommended Horizon Dental here in Prescott Valley. Dr. Reed and his staff are quite professional , always friendly and accommodating. Michelle at the front desk takes her time to make sure you understand your payment options and the dental plan they offer for discounts on procedures. Megan , our dental hygienist, is one of the main reasons we will continue our visits to this office! Dr. Reed is warm and friendly and believe it or not painless! I have recommended this office to two of our neighbors and both of them are very pleased.

That One Guy
I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years. One of my molars I had work done when I was a kid finally gave out. My Crown broke and I was in pain, couldn't even eat. I scheduled an appointment the next day after hunting reviews on the best dentist office in the area. They had me in & out the door in no time, without pain too. I had a root canal done & a temporary crown until my porcelain tooth came in. Now I have routine cleaning with them. Megan does an awesome job making sure you're comfortable while she gets her work done. The staff are also friendly & professional, I don't really understand those 1 start reviews but I'd highly recommend this Horizon Dental location. 👍
