Everyone at Gentle Dental is great- from Jess at the front desk to all the hygienists and dentists in the back. They're professional and caring, really take the time to assess your needs and explain them to you, and are really good at making you feel comfortable if you're nervous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I went to this dentist for a teeth cleaning after a change in insurance. I was clear I was going to go to another dentist for implants, which aren't covered by insurance anyway. Lo and behold, suddenly they were no longer willing to clean my teeth until after I had my implants (which they knew I could not afford for several months), so basically sent me away. They not only lost me as a customer, they've lost my husband's business too. I am horribly disappointed.

This office has gone above and beyond for me so many times! All of the staff are incredible and kind and the Doctor is so sweet and genuinely cares about your comfort and care.
They first saw me for an emergency appointment and were able to get me in so fast and made sure I knew all of my options, prices, and that I was comfortable. Then, there was a short window where I had duel coverage, but it was only for a couple weeks. They worked past closing and did so much admin work to make sure I got all the work I needed done in that time so that I would pay as little out of pocket as possible!
I cannot say enough good things about this office. I will be recommending everyone I know here. Thank you to everyone at Gentle Dental!!!!

My first visit to Gentle Dental, Prescott was actually wonderful! From reception to treatment rooms, very clean, organized and pleasant. All staff friendly, helpful and treated me like a valued client. Very impressed with thorough x-rays, explanations of procedures. Hygienist was personable, talked with me, gave me plan for cleaning. Dentist introduced himself, talked with me about his education, years of experience, how he treats patients. He went over what was needed, very thorough. My whole experience was positive and I appreciate Gentle Dental's genuine care for my dental needs. Thank you to everyone there!

My wife and I love this place and I don't like going to the dentist. We have been coming here for years. Without question, it is the best dental office experience I have had. They are very kind, gentle, professional and friendly. Lori is an excellent hygienist and is always kind, bubbly, friendly and thorough. Dr. Hernandez is one of the kindest most gentle dentists ever! I have never had an issue with the work they have done.
