I am a recently retired dental specialist and I count myself so lucky to have found the Hicks dental group to care for me and my wife. From the doctors to the rest of the staff, all so kind and all so professional. I have already sent several friends to this practice, and they are as thrilled with the care they received as I am. I had a great experience with Hicks dental. I felt like they really cared about my dental issues. The staff were friendly and the dental assistant and dentist very thorough with great chair side manor. Both the dental assistant and dentist were very clear explaining their processes and were detail oriented throughout the various exams. At the end of my appointment the dentist went over all the photos of my teeth and explained all potential dental issues clearly. Would highly recommend this dentist office.

Fabulous office! Friendly, caring doctors, hygienists and staff. My cleaning was with Nicole, and she did a fantastic job. My wife, a retired dental hygienist, cleaned my teeth for 40 years, and now Nicole is my go to for preventive care. She's professional and thorough. I definitely highly recommend this office!

I'm new to the Prescott area and a good friend recommended Hicks Dental Group to me. I had my first appointment with Dr. Braden yesterday and I was very impressed. I've had many dental issues as a result of a serious accident in my teens so seeing a dentist is never easy. Dr. Braden and his assistant were great and we now have a plan to address a couple of issues in the near future. I was also able to get a cleaning during the same visit and Nicole was great. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making an "old man" feel comfortable.

Very consciencious dental hygienist during my cleaning appointment. Best not to take chances as we age. She (Tracy) also has a very calm and pleasant demeanor, which is great for me because going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. Hicks Dental is professional and compassionate.

Absolutely love these people! Every single person is kind, caring and helpful. I get the best care from everyone in this practice. I have terrible anxiety going to the dentist but at Hick's Dental, I don't need to worry at all.
