Dr Hicks and his assistant got me into the chair right on time and had my broken front tooth fixed without any indication it had a big chip when I walked in. When I relocated from San Diego to Prescott a few years ago, my biggest concern was whether or not I could find the same quality of health and dental care. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Hicks Dental Group. The level of service in terms of competence and professionalism is second to none. I had an amazing dentist in San Diego, so my expectations were very high. In spite of that, I've been blown away in every regard. From the office itself, to the staff, to the hygienists and especially dentists themselves, I would honestly rate them five stars in every regard. If you are searching for an excellent dental experience, you don't need to go to a big city. There’s a world class one right here in Prescott - Hicks Dental Group.

My first visit was yesterday. Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Paul Hicks was very professional and let me know exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He and all the staff made me feel very comfortable. The price was no more than my previous dentist. I am glad I found Hicks Dental Group and will be using them now as my regular dentist.
Update: I have returned twice now for routine cleaning and Nicole has been excellent. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
Update: I have returned several times for routine cleaning with Nicole. She is the best. Very relaxing and gentle. She also explains ways to improve my dental health. I highly recommend her.
