Laurie, the hygienist, was incredibly thorough and yet Gentle (important to me).
Dr. Allen is knowledgeable and explained my issues and options to deal with them. My questions were welcomed with good answers.

Outstanding experience. Laurie(the Hygienist) was very engaging, professional, and you could tell she takes very good care of everyone she sees. Best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Dr Allen also was excellent, through, and super friendly. The Icing on the cake was an equally terrific office staff who got me in and out expeditiously. This is a great dental office! Highly recommend bringing your family here.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Dr. Allen was prepared to evaluate my dental needs, but I really wanted him to do the procedure at that time. He understood my reasons for taking care of my situation immediately, and since he had enough time before his next patient he went ahead and did a great job fixing my problem. He’s a very kind and compassionate dentist, and I strongly recommend him. Dr. Allen supports the community and the people of Prescott & Prescott Valley by personally donating his time and talent to the annual health fair for people who can’t afford dental care. That alone speaks for the character of the man, and certainly one worth supporting.

We had been going to Dr. Donaldson since 1985 and we loved him. This was our first visit with Dr. Allen. We really like him. He seems to be kind and gentle. Lori cleaned our teeth for the first time since Covid started. She was very gentle too. We will definitely be going back.
