Friendly professional service. Dr Murray looks young but that’s because I’m old. He has the knowledge and skills that I had hoped for when I was looking for a new dentist. His Assistant Sam created an easy going and professional environment for a new patient. Highly recommend this outfit. Would suggest that the office invest in some new chairs which are not so low to the ground. They look great but for a geezer with back and knee issues were a bit tough to negotiate. Even so this office is my new dentist.

Dr. Herbert is a perfectionist! He is an artist with his amazing work he does on teeth! He is compassionate and always listens to your concerns and questions. I'm so glad I started going here years ago. His staff is super nice as well, always willing to work with your scheduling needs.

I had another great visit at Prescott Dental Arts. I went in for a adjustment on my dentures which Lola took care of. If you are ever in need of a dentist, Dr Herbert is excellent as is his staff. The atmosphere is pleasant, everyone is friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I highly recommend Prescott Dental Arts for dental implant needs. I had a tooth emergency and they went out of their way to fit me in their schedule. Dr Murray and his staff are wonderful. They are extremely professional and highly competent. This was my second implant procedure, but first with this dental group. This experience was much better and I am much more confident about the quality of services I am receiving from Dr. Murray and his staff.

Friendly and professional front desk staff, hygienists and dentists. The lobby is clean and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I always receive information on how to better care for my teeth in a way that is compassionate and caring. I never feel pressured into having dental work done on the spot. My hygienist and the dentist are very knowledgeable and gentle. Thank you for the outstanding service.

My first visit here. Hygienist Stacy was superb. I’ve been with many over my 6 decades. She impressed me the most, by far. I also met with Dr. Murray. He did not need to provide any treatment, but I was impressed with my interaction with him. I’m so happy to have found such a great team.

Dr. Herbert and the staff at Prescott Dental Arts are really wonderful. I'm grateful for Dr. Herbert helping me with my dental problem. He also sent me to a specialist to further addresd my issue. I am terrified of the dentist. It has caused me to put off dental work for over 20 years. As soon as I walked in this facility a peace came over me, and the dentist here is amazing. The staff is extremely welcoming and understands people with anxiety. I have found my home dentist and will refer everybody to them. It’s safe to say I no longer have a fear of the dentist .

Had my first experience today at Prescott Dental Arts! Dr. David Herbert got me right in after I had experienced a serious issue with one of my back molars. He examined my whole mouth at my request and got X rays and a pano of my mouth. I was impressed with him and his staff and their modern equipment and we went over my mouth and the issues needing immediate attention as well as some preventative issues. I am going in tomorrow at 1:00 to have my first crown ever and feel confident in his ability to take care of the issues and he will take care of another cavity at the same time. I feel that he is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have confidence that I will be much better tomorrow afternoon and that I can take care of the other preventive crowns in the future. I look forward to being his patient and doing business with him and his wonderful staff. I called my 90 year old mother who has had several implants fail and I think that she will come up and have him look at them too!

I got my crown done and my cavity filled. I was very impressed with the work. I will be referring others in need of precision dental work to Dr. David Herbert. I am very pleased with the dental work that he did for me!

Now it is several weeks later and I had some problems chewing with my new crown. I called the office and they got me in the next day and Dr. Herbert took some time and examined it and filed things down and explained some things to me, so I am going to give it a couple of weeks and see how it continues to go. Glad that he could get me right in and try to take care of things. I believe that things will be much better.

Removed a wisdom tooth. Procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Little pain afterwords. Dentist was considerate and helped comfort me during the procedure.
