Called to see about becoming a new patient, as we just moved to the area. The woman on the phone was nice, took my information, and was supposed to call me right back once she checked that our insurance was accepted. Never heard back from her. Called the next day, and I was told the person I spoke to went on vacation because her daughter was having a baby.They put me on a long hold.No one even knew I called and gave her my information, including my social security number which I wasn’t comfortable giving in the first place, but she said it was quicker to check my insurance that way. The women wanted the information all over again. No thank you, not gonna bother to give my business to that dental office. Sure made me feel unvalued. It’s too bad because the reviews were good, that’s why I called in the first place!

Went in with a very painful tooth. Was told i needed a root canal & crown. Very efficent and courteous staff! Pain free dental work. Best Dentist ever! 24 hrs later my tooth feels great! Feels like an old time family dentist, unlike some of the big corporate offices with 10 dentists...i will be back!
