The visit went well! The staff and courteous and friendly to me and made sure that I comfortable all the way through the appointment and the hygienist had a really light hand as she did the cleaning

Changing from 3 stars to 1 star: went back 6 months later for my regular cleaning, didn’t get the extra cleaning yet they STILL charged me for it. They removed the charge from my card but decided to send to my insurance to pay anyway. Do not pay for anything here until you review the bill. They never once haves asked if the extra things are ok. I am canceling my future appt and switching dentists.
Super friendly and great staff but they snuck a lot of extra charges onto my visits without confirming with me or going over them. My "regular" cleaning, which should be covered by my insurance, had a total of $125 added of things they assumed I wanted to continue from past times, even after I asked them to stop doing that on my last visit! Twice this happened so they got an extra $250 from me :( Definitely was disappointing when I thought I was dealing with a pretty trustworthy spot. Just make sure you review what's going to be done BEFORE the cleaning, every single time.

Need I say more Dr Bradley Brittain and staff are the best in arizona warm relaxed atmosphere everyone's friendly smile and hello as soon as you walk in the door know you by name, my daughter referred me to Dentistry of Old Town for over 20 years they're the best period.

I’m new to town and was looking for a new dentist. Sherri and Rosemary were wonderful! They recommended an unexpected deep cleaning and the procedure was quick and expertly handled. We also had a good laugh over just how funny my fully numb mouth felt. Dr. Brittain was wonderful as well. I felt comfortable around the friendly staff :)
I was running a bit late and the woman at the front desk was very understanding as well.

First off the dentists here is my little brother so any chance to roast him is a good one; however, I will not do this here. This staff is wonderful and it started from the moment I walked in. Not knowing me, I was greeted immediately, and throughout the entire process the staff explained each step. They were patient, professional, and customer focused. I’m in the customer service business and this was a step above. I only wish I could find staff like this in Oklahoma, where I reside. Thank you to the Dentistry of Old Town staff. The dentist was pretty good also.
