I went to Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry for a consultation and I must say I was very impressed with the entire staff there! From the moment I walked through the door, I received a warm, friendly (and sincere) welcome from Susan at the front desk. The dental assistant, Denise, was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Sara who listened to my concerns and designed a very reasonable treatment plan for me. Kudos to everyone there, you really made me feel special and like a valued patient! Thank you!!! Also, bonus: The drive to the office was gorgeous as well, very scenic with the mountains and desert landscape!

What can say….. on Tuesday afternoon (2 days before thanksgiving) at 130 in the afternoon, I cracked my crown on a peanut M&M. I immediately called my dentist and was told the earliest they could see me was Monday at 1 pm….(because they were closed the entire week for T.G.)
I reside in Troon and have passed by Pinnacle Peak Dentistry for three years…. With that said, the next day , Wednesday morning, i walked in to Pinnacle Dentistry at 9am,,,no appointment,,and asked if they could see me. I showed the front desk my problem and she said the Dr could see me at 10am.
They took the X-rays, assess’d the problem, got a temporary crown in, to get me through the holidays, and the new crown will be ready in 7-9 days…
Dr Tran was efficient and concerning…..the front staff…simply “spot on” and welcoming.
I just got myself and wife a new dentist.

This is the most elevated and professional dental experience I’ve ever had. As a new patient, I received a pre-assessment prior to my first appointment that was exhaustive, setting up a detailed profile and x-rays prior to seeing a doctor. Dr. Tran then debriefed me with precision on every aspect of my results, answering every question with detail and thoughtfulness. When I did have my first ‘official’ appointment, it was very efficient because all the pre work was done. The entire staff at Pinnacle Peak is stellar - and so are their hours - highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for years and would rate it highly in all aspects of dental care. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful and treated me very well. The facilities are top notch with all the latest technology. My insurance is accepted so the bills are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sara and her team for five years now and have never had a better dentist in my entire life. The attention to detail and care that she and her staff provide are second to none and is truly exceptional. I now live nearly 120 miles away and consider it a privilege to still be able to call Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry my home. I consider myself fortunate to only live 120 miles away because even if I lived in a different country, I would still choose to come here for my dentistry work, I love them that much. If you are thinking of establishing a new dentist or TMJ/sleep apnea Dr., I could not recommend them more!

Just moved to the area and looked for a new Dentist and happened to find Dr. Sara. Contacting the office and setting up the appointment was easy and followup was prompt to initiate my patient paperwork via an online system. My first appointment was today and was most pleasant! I was not kept waiting at any time. I felt that my checkup was thorough and professional. All staff members were just wonderful! And . . . I got a sweet little welcome gift! Can't beat that!
