Super nice staff and they take time to listen to your needs and come up with an affordable plan to help you out.

I truly do not like dentists, I've had terrible experiences through my 40 years of dentists.
But I'm pleased with this dentist office.
The ladies at the front desk are nice and actually smile, 😊 no grumpy staff there.
The dentist himself did a fantastic job as well, I'm terrible with names, i know i could look there names up, trust me when i say they are worth going to see.
I'm looking forward to getting my dental work done with them.
Thank you for making my experience a better one then I've had.

This hygienist was very gentle but thorough. Dr Dawson and the hygienist were new to me. I was impressed. He explained everything along the way. They both seemed to genuinely care and we’re attentive.

UPDATE: new staff and new dentist recently took over. Before the new doctor, I’ve been going here for years and it was AMAZING. Now they seem to be just trying to make money, even on patients they have never seen.

I had a procedure 5/21 before new owners took over. I’ve been back multiple times since the procedure. Always current on bills, pay them all in full on site.

Out of the blue, under new ownership, over a year later. I get a notice I owe 1300 dollars. They don’t have all my complete paperwork or can give complete details other than your insurance wasn’t accepted. Mind you, this has been over a year and not the dentist I went to or same staff. I was told all was good, balance was paid by my doctor and staff at the time. Going back for cleanings and adjustments. No balance ever due at that time.

Now they are threatening me with collections and quite honestly, I don’t even know who they are. Never seen this doctor, never talked to the staff.

Excellent and friendly team. Dr. Badri is excellent with a gentle touch and meticulous approach. I would highly recommend him.
In addition, Anthony, the Dental Assistant is outstanding as the Doctor’s right hand! I have had quite a bit of work done here since 2013.

I really love the entire staff here. I have severe dental anxiety & everyone is so patient. The doctor is so kind, very knowledgeable & that helps me stay calm knowing I’m in good hands. Also he is so joyful & I can tell he loves what he does.

Amazing experience! I came in with a terrible tooth ache and they took time the time to figure out what was going on and fixed the problem immediately. Very kind and caring staff. Definitely will be coming back!

Im so happy with the work I’ve had done. They are Always very accommodating with my schedule and stay in great contact for my followup visits, cleanings etc. I have had a bad experience in the past, so I am very skeptical about the process in general but The team here has always handled my concerns with a great deal of respect and patience. The team at Smile in Scottsdale is professional, caring and on top of it. I reached out to them looking for a dentist that could do some work, under sedation, on my disabled adult daughter which is not easy to find.
For my convenience they reached out to another one of their locations, closer to home, and put me in touch with them. Unfortunately that didn't work out so I reached back out to the Scottsdale office and had an appointment set up that very same day for my daughter. The moment we walked into the office the front desk staff was welcoming and knew exactly who we were. They had all of my daughter's records ready and after a few more questions we were called into the back with the hygienist. She was very patient with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. Shortly after getting my daughter prepped the doctor came in and did a thorough examination. Once the doctor was done he let me know that he would be able to treat my daughter with no issues. Needless to say I was happy and grateful. Within 15 after of the examination I knew, in writing, my daughter's treatment plan and what our insurance would cover. All I can say is WOW! I am looking forward to my daughter's appointment. I know this group of professionals will take good care of her needs.

I love this office!!! I just started with them recently and I'm so excited to have made this choice for this dental office. Super clean! Super friendly! I'm excited to have a pearly whites smile again. Anthony was amazing! If your looking for a great dentist check this one out! You won't be disappointed.
