My New Dentist!!!!
This place is amazing, every person I interacted with was wonderful, helpful, friendly and very professional. I had an urgent issue with a crown and the dentist that I have been using was unable to get me in same day or even the next day, honestly they didn't even call me back I had to call them multiple times just to be told they weren't sure they would get me in this week. So we looked and found White Mountain Smiles online, I called and left a message, recieved a call back within 1/2 hour and they worked me in about 1.5 hours later. They were wonderful, made a temporary solution and then we set an appointment and made a game plan. I can't say enough good about them.

Usually at the dentist I have full crying panic attacks but with this dentist they explain everything and do amazing at avoiding any pain. This was the first time I've ever got a shot in my mouth and didn't feel it. They are all so nice and wonderful, they don't make you feel bad or judge you about your teeth's condition. I never expected to have such a pleasant experience with the dentist.

My husband and I had our first visit at White Mountain Smiles and we were quite impressed. The first thing we noticed is how clean and comfortable the waiting area was. Both Dr.Thomas and Jan were very professional and easy to talk to and Stephanie and one other helper (didn’t catch her name)at the front desk were helpful with future appointments. We are new to Show Low and the staff made us feel very welcomed. This office is a great asset to the community.

I am reviewing for my husband Michael. We were told by our local dentist he was referring him to an Oral Surgeon in Phoenix for 2 teeth to be extracted over 200 miles away. I searched for a closer Dr (only 50 miles away) & took a chance on Dr Thomas at White Mountain Smiles in Show Low Az and so glad I did. It was easy in & out. No hassles no problems at all. They handled the insurance prior to us coming so no worries there & got us in next day. He was great. He explained everything he was doing. He was engaging & nice. They visited about hunting & also both knew same friends. The staff was professional, fun & easy to engage with also. Yes High marks from us for this team. We were very pleased. Give them a try you won’t regret it I promise!
