Went in for a root canal and was told my insurance was accepted prior to scheduling and arrival. Was put under anasthesia and right before treatment I was told I was going to be charged in cash the full amount of the procedure because they didn’t take my insurance plan (over 1500$). Great assistants but the lead Dentist with short hair was a completely douche and didn’t sympathize with my situation at all. Will never be going back.

After fearing the Dentist after a very bad experience my husband and I have put going for way too long (so long I’m embarrassed to say!) We hesitatingly went to Beautiful Dentistry out of pure necessity. We were referred by a friend. Our experience has been surprisingly nice. I never thought I’d say that about a dentist. The sweet gal Terry who cleaned my teeth was so lovely I felt like she was a long lost best friend. She is was extremely gentle but extremely through! She made me feel very comfortable and didn’t lecture me about missing cleanings etc or make me feel bad because I had done so! It was a breathe of fresh air, literally! I actually was shocked that I look forward to the next cleaning.

Dr. Martin and his team take the time you need and their expertise shows beyond their bright smiles 😁!!!! He and his team make go out of their way to banish your fears and make you feel comfortable. I initially visited Dr. Martin last Month right after I moved to Tempe to have a crown ‘seated’ on a tooth I had a root canal on. After a thorough consultation we both decided that the work of my previous dentist would not hold up. He came up with a plan to get me a new crown and fix what was needed without making me feel like it’s a money game. I feel like whenever I visit his office it is always about my best interest and he truly knows what he is doing. If you’re looking for a trusting dentist with a great stuff, I would give them a try.
