Tempe Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

This is the most unprofessional dentistry I've ever been to. After a failed root canal, I was left in extreme pain for weeks. I had to go back several times only for Jenna Zonneveld to keep telling me this pain was normal and would go away from alone. A skilled root canal specialist at a different dentistry had to redo the root canal and I was finally out of pain. I wasted so much money and time at Tempe Modern Dentistry and do not recommend this place. The staff did not care for me as the patient but they seemed like their only interest is to make money.

Good manners makes a customer happy but not this place you have to do what they want besides if your schedule is 10:45 am after you mandate sign in at your stupid website. I left today because my point was made and complained to United healthcare dental

I’ve really enjoyed the treatment I receive at TMD. The staff is very friendly, and the team explains procedures and findings in a way that is clear and easy to understand. They’ve never offered me services I don’t need, and I’ve never been pressured to buy extra services like some other dental offices. TMD was recommended by my whole family and now I know why.

This place is heaven on earth and all employees are angels!!! 10/10 would recommend. Since the moment I stepped foot through their doors I felt safe, welcomed and a part of the family atmosphere they have there. The facility was modern yet home like. Spacious but cozy. They really are the standard when it comes to dentistry. I walked in a patient but walked out a member of the family.

I am a new patient and have taken off work three times to go to the dentist. The first time they cancelled on me because the dentist had an emergency. Ok, annoying, but things happen. The second time they saw me but only did x-rays and then said I needed a special cleaning because I hadn't been seen since before covid and I had broken filling which needed to be fixed. They couldn't do any of it then, and didn't even do the normal cleaning because I needed the expensive "special" one. They tried to set me up with two separate appointments but I insisted that they only make one because I didn't want to take off work more than once. I waited an extra month for the appointment so they could be together. I get in this morning and the dentist again had a family emergency and they can't see me. So to date I have taken off work three times and have yet to have any dental work done. Three strikes you are out and I think it is time to find a new dentist. Sigh...

I came in for my first cleaning yesterday, and my first time at this place.
I was a little nervous since my insurance picked them out when I lost my old dentist.
I was so impressed by the streamlined experience.
I was pleased to find that all the staff were very caring, fast, and seemed to really listen to my personal needs. They went above and beyond. Thank you to Derek, Dr. Z, Heather, April, and the other receptionist I didn’t catch the name of. You all made my first experience wonderful. Can’t wait to be back <3

Everyone at this facility is amazing. Very friendly and kind. Explaining the process and step by step. Makes going to the dentist something to actually look forward to. Heather is very sweet and a great hygienist. Was a simple pain free experience getting my teeth cleaned. Actually looking forward to getting my extractions done soon!

I have been coming to this Dentistry office for 4 years and they do a fantastic job. I currently go every few months for a cleaning, and both my kids, wife, and parents come here. Never a bad visit. Office is always clean and the staff remember your name and treat you great! Highly recommend

I've been going here since I was a kid and every single time, my family and I have always been treated with respect as a priority. Every dentist is always so kind with the cleanings and give very good constructive criticism in developing good habits. I always go in feeling self conscious but definitely leave feeling reassured that my teeth are clean and that I'm in control of keeping them that way.

I've always received an excellent service from all members of the team. Most of all, I really appreciate the non-judgmental and professional advice. The staff are well informed and remember my dental history so that they can accurately track my progress each time I visit. Thank you!
