Tempe Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I was charged $360 for a deep cleaning for one section of my molars after they hurriedly pushed me to sign the paper agreeing to the charges and service. I felt like I was being pushed to buy a car rather than an unexpected service for my gum health... Another nearby practice only charges $114 for deep cleaning per quadrant with my insurance and I found out too late. Make sure to call around before blindly agreeing to their exorbitant charges.

I absolutely love Tempe Modern Dentistry! My daughter and I have been coming to them since she was 3 and they always make us feel so welcome and take care of our teeth the best! Love the office staff too, we will continue to come!

Dr. Z is great. I went several years without dental insurance so when I started back with a dentist, there was a lot of work that needed to be done. The hygienists are great. Everyone is always happy & positive. Makes going to the dentist an easier experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Z and her team are my favorite Dentist’s office ever. I’ve lived all over the country and unfortunately had several terrible experiences with dentists and esp hygienists but everyone here is lovely, professional, and skilled. I’m never nervous or uncomfortable. Dr. Z remembers everything and as odd as it may sound, I look forward to visits. There’s another dentist I saw once there, forget the gentleman’s name but he was the fastest gun in the West with Novocain and filling. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Can’t recommend highly enough.

First I would like to say thank you to Dr. Z and her amazing staff. For days I dreaded going to this appointment but when I got there they made me feel welcome and at ease. She was so friendly and made me feel so much more comfortable about going to the dentist. She helped me come up with an awesome treatment plan and I could tell she genuinely wants to help people. Her staff is also amazing! She did a great job picking her employees. I would and will recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will be taking my son here from now on. If you go see Dr.Z you will be very happy you did. #BEST DENTIST EVER!

I have been going to Tempe Modern Dentistry for almost three years now. I am almost 40 years old, and this is the first place I’ve been where the dentist actually explained my X-rays and took the time to explain various possible issues. That was definitely a plus. The hygienists are great, and always listen when I mention possible sensitive areas, and the staff always make me feel welcome. Thank you!!

I love this place. There seriously hasn't been a single person in this office I have come into contact with that has been any less than friendly, helpful, and understanding. They have worked with me and my budget to do what is best for my dental health. The office is always clean and they don't make you wait an eternity to get into your appointment.
Other people are making shout outs to thier Dr, so Dr. Diamond, you rock! But seriously everyone there makes me feel cared for and comfortable. I don't plan to change dentists anytime soon, even though we will likely be moving to Gilbert soon. It will be worth the trip to stay with these guys.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of care. I found the treatment cost-effective and reasonable. They did a good job addressing any concerns and questions I had. Natasha is an excellent receptionist. Very chipper and upbeat. One almost forgets it is a dental office. She greets everyone like old friends. I am very satisfied with Heather's deep cleaning. She comforted me throughout the procedure and provided top-notch care. I guess it was a 100% great experience since I cannot think of anything bad to say :)Many thanks to the entire staff!

A Fantastic, friendly, family environment with exceptional staff that makes you feel welcome. Nobody likes the dentist, but the staff at Tempe Modern Dentistry make this necessary evil feel like visit with friends more than a mandatory procedure. I’ve been coming to Tempe Modern Dentistry for a couple years now. I first came in because I was having a lot of pain in one of my molars after losing an old filing. It had been probably a decade since I’ve seen a dentist, and I was terrified. I made an appointment with Dr Z to evaluate my tooth, and she was so nice! Even though I was so nervous that I cried, she talked me through everything and made me feel super comfortable. Over the last couple years, I’ve had all my dental issues addressed, all under one roof. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Z!
