They are personable, efficient, knowledgeable, effective, and so nice darn nice. My experience was one of great joy and gratitude. Thank you all for an amazing experience, that can only be rated a 10 plus.

I really liked this place the first time I went there so I scheduled again my second time was horrible the hygienist seemed inexperienced when the dentist came over to evaluate my teeth he was rude and I didn’t feel comfortable asking him anything because when I explained to him that I had pain somewhere apparently to him that wasn’t the way it is supposed to feel. And I was wrong. They told me I had a cavity the first time and then the second time they said I was wrong I don’t have a cavity and it was the same place. The hygienist was like I’m sorry the dentist is in one of his moods. I won’t be going back to this place.

They did everything possible ensure I had a good experience.

Aspen, Very good, The staff,very nice and respectful, and dentist was like a gun slinger with needle no pain,in pulling your teeth the dentist give you the confidence,in yourself,to understand all aspects of dentistry, and trust communication, and overall one of the best experience,I had how's far pulling teeth,excellent, workmanshop.

Every staff member at Aspen Dental is amazing. They made me feel comfortable and we'll cared for. They are upfront with every step. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

It started off well. Friendly staff and service. Then the billing came. For the last 8 months I've had to deal with them losing the 2 payments my insurance sent them. Then they found the 1st payment but not the 2nd. My insurance and myself have tried to make contact with their managers time after time and they never return our calls. My insurance wants to pay them but instead of accepting payment or calling us they decided to forward my bill to collections claiming that my insurance denied coverage which is not true at all. My insurance will cover everything. It's actually illegal for them to be billing me directly as this is a workmans comp case but they continued to do so. Absolutely terrible management. I will never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First time going to Aspen Dental. They have great customer service from the minute you walk in the door until the time you are finished. If you are in doubt of choosing Aspen Dental, quit thinking about it and make the call. They explain to you what you need done, show you the cost, get started on your dental needs right away. They take the time to make you feel at ease and do not pressure you into anything. What are you waiting for make the call.

April 16, 2019, I'm so glad the staff was very informative and nice to me. For a person having filling fall out and four problem teeth, I'm So glad I got my teeth fixed and able have a loan to pay for the repairs. I forgotten the dr. full name , yet I remembered his first name was Dr. John.

One of the best experience I have had at the dentist.loved how professional the staff was and they were very helpful with any questions or concerns I had .

I was absolutely appalled at the service that I received today. Everything was Fine until they got to the point where the Dentist came in. He was incredibly tactless. Very harsh and not warm. Instead of talking about positive things everything was negative. He spent about 30 seconds poking around in my mouth. And his diagnosis was that I have gingivitis. He said the same thing about my daughter. So when my daughter had the treatment I didn’t think anything of it. But when they said the same exact thing to me lightbulb went off my head that this is how they make extra money.

But what made it worse was they made you feel bad about not wanting to get their gingivitis treatment. They told me don’t you care about your teeth and don’t you want to have nice teeth when you get older.And sadly all it is is a cleaning. But they give it some fancy name that makes it seem more important than it really actually is. And the worst part is I called another dentist to switch because I was so upset and asked them do you charge to clean teeth ? They said no it’s included with your visit by your insurance. I cannot believe these crooks and their method of getting business.

If you’re looking for an honest dentist that cares about your well-being go somewhere else. If you don’t then I’m sure you’ll have a great time at this place. Just make sure you have plenty of money for all the add-ons that they try to sell you.
