These people bent over backwards to help me and I absolutely love this business for it. Their front desk is very professional their The dentist and their assistants are absolutely amazing. Did not judge me I felt right at home and I felt safe. They really do help you as far as price goes. I've never had somebody throw these types of prices at me.

My appointment was for 10 am and I arrived at 9:50. They didn't call me back until 10:45
Almost an hour I waited. No one else in lobby and no other patients. What the heck are they doing back there? Every time I go its at least as 30 minute wait or more. Not happy.
A cleaning used to take 45 minutes tops. Now it takes like two hours. This is not right making customers wait this long.

The girls in the office are wonderful. They dentist and hygienist both explained what they were gonna do before they did it. Very kind and gentle people. Office very clean and smells good. Appointment went smoothly from start to finish.

Friendly, we’ll run office. A little hard to find the first time (it’s around a corner at the end of a shopping center), so you might want to ask for directions. Great hygienist whose cleanings and instructions have made a huge difference in my overall teeth and gum health.

Take your business elsewhere. This is the walmart of dentistry. ZERO personable service. Might as well be in the customer service line at Walmart. Always rescheduling, canceling, doctors out of town....it's always something. Scam on pricing, WILL tell you your insurance can't cover costs and charge you out of pocket. NOT WELL VERSED IN INSURANCE COVERAGE. scary thought at a DENTIST. I had to call my insurance myself to find out they DO COVER THE COST, AFTER paying out of pocket. something weird going on here. The techs are great, office staff needs a pep talk. Disappointing- there's a pun there

Just wanted to say thank you to the two beautiful women that managed to yank my tooth out this morning. They weren't sure they could get it done but managed it anyway. Yall are amazing thank you, already feeling better. And thank you too the guy at the front desk, managed to get me in the door first thing within 12 hours of my call. Was in and out. Hygienist was running late for my 0900 appt so I felt as if I was being rushed thru. She did a good job while cleaning my teeth but after, when I asked questions, she would continue with the cleanup and walk out of the room as she answered questions. She should have sat with me and appeared to seem interested. Dentist was in and out before I could ask questions. Other than that, cleaning was good.
