In response to the owner: I did not yell, I stated that I was feeling dissapointed in the experience I was having with you guys. You began instantly escalating your voice at me expressing my dissatisfaction. When I asked you not to interrupt me while I was trying to talk, you became visibly more upset and began to speak over me even louder. At this point I got up to leave. I know you guys had a lot of emergency visits that morning and it was a busy stressful day for you. I was obviously in a lot of pain and not as patient as I usually am. I think under different circumstances this situation would have ended up completely different and we wouldn't be having this conversation. I'm sorry for the role I played in this and wish it had gone differently. With that being said,I still stand by the experience I had and would not reccommend this dental office.
I just had the ABSOLUTE WORST dental experience of my life with Dr. Waldon. I found this dental office on Groupon where they were offering a deal on a full set of x-rays and a cleaning. I was dealing with some tooth pain and called to see if I could be fit into their schedule for the day. They were having issues with their computers but told me to come in anyways and they would fit me in... Upon arriving I was told that my Groupon wouldn't work for this particular situation as I was in pain. I understood and paid the $110 for a limited exam that included one x-ray of my hurt tooth. No problem because I was grateful to be squeezed in. I waited another hour and a half before the doctor was able to see me. Upon entering the room the doctor looked at the x-ray and said he'd need to refer me to a specialist... I asked if there was an infection that was causing the swelling in my mouth that could be taken care of now to which the doctor replied, "possibly, I could write you a prescription.". I asked if he wanted to look at the tooth to be sure. At this point the dental assistant interrupted and said "he wouldn't write you a prescription if there wasn't". I was confused by her response because the doctor had just said he wasn't sure. I asked if all he would be doing was looking at the x-ray or if he'd actually look at the tooth to be sure. Apparently just looking at the x-ray was all he would do. I very calmly explained that I was feeling dissapointed by my experience at which point his dental hygienist began YELLING at me. I was so shocked by her response that I got up and said ok, I'll just take the prescription. She grabbed the blue napkin they use from around my neck and attempted to rip it off of me at which point I asked her not to touch me. As I was leaving she began YELLING to the woman working the desk that I was done and to get me out of here. I could not believe how quickly things had escalated. I was in genuine pain and confused by the dentist's quick glance at my x-ray with no real assessment of what was causing me pain and felt it was fair to say that. I was APPALLED by the dental assitance behavior and dissapointed in the doctors carelessness. I left with a copy of my x-ray and a prescription for an infection I'm not sure I have. This doctor may have been great at one point in his life, but time has passed and it's definitely not the situation anymore. I left in tears. It was the worst dental experience of my life and I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere if possible.

No one really likes going to the dentist but if you have to go, Dr Walbom is the guy you want to see. The whole process really is painless, the way he does it. I had 2 cavities filled the other day and was done in no time with no lingering novacaine mouth droop for the rest of the day. Their Hygienist is top notch as well. I can say I almost look forward to my semi-annual cleaning. Thanks folks. See you in six months.

The Groupon deal is a part of the deep cleaning scam. There’s no difference between regular and deep cleaning and there’s no code for deep cleaning in the books anyway.
It turns out that you need a deep cleaning about 99.9% of the time, which costs more, of course. Ok.
I fell for a deep cleaning scam. Went to get my teeth cleaned and then noticed a crack on my front veneer a minute after I left. It was shocking. I paid a lot of money to get my veneers done overseas and then that.
I went back the next day.
THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A MACRO CAMERA ! They offered to take pictures of my teeth with a simple, gritty intraoral camera. That didn’t show anything. Even the dental tecnhician agreed there was a crease. She saw it.
The Doctor kept repeating there’s no crack, you can sue me but you ain’t gonna win. There’s no crack. Go get a second opinion at your own expense. We don’t have a macro DSLR for veneers.
Never going back. Never ever. I’m sick of this place. They never offered to make it right. The Doctor was acting like on the Jerry Springer show “sue me”. Of course.
