Cortaro Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Last night (Friday) my son had a cap come out during dinner. After calling around I was referred to this office for a weekend emergency. The staff was fantastic. Jonathan was super friendly and got us in right away. Dr. Choi was very sweet informative and made me super comfortable with what was going to be done as well as talking about options. Hailey was amazingly gentle and kind while cleaning my sons teeth. I am ready to permanently switch to this office for all my kiddos. Thank you for being a great representation of customer service and care. Ballard Gendle Family!!!

Nobody wants to have to go to the dentist, let alone on your birthday. The staff though at Cortaro Smiles made my visit fun and easy. They even sang me Happy Birthday and gave me balloons. I have been visiting them for almost 5 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The team are all professional and polite. They do not try to sell you extra procedures or gadgets that you do not need. They discuss your medical needs and treatment path with you and address all questions and concerns. Melissa is the best hygienist in the business. I highly recommend everyone here.

I always feel very comfortable and confident with the care I receive at Cortaro Smiles. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Dahl is a fantastic dentist who patiently answers all my questions and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. Haide and Gilda are excellent dental assistants who always make me feel confident that I'm getting the best possible dental care. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, they got me in the day and time that I needed without a problem. I went in & everything went well. The team was very professional and kind! I did have a problem that I had failed to mention while I was there for my visit. I had a very minor chipped front tooth that I’ve had for years now, I wanted it to be fixed. Three days had passed and I happened to be nearby. I called the office letting them know about my situation, they understood and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Without hesitation they asked me to come in and they would fit me in just to get this non urgent matter taken care of. I went it , in the next 20 min they had me in the chair and out before you knew it. I am very happy with the manager Nikki she is very sweet, Cortaro Smiles did great in choosing her as management, thankful for Alondra in helping me understand and coordinate a payment plan and Dr. Li for fitting me in and making my teeth great again. In general thank you for making me happy and SATISFIED with my visit, I will highly recommend.

Melissa Tucker was extremely professional. I used to dip tobacco which has caused me to have a receding gum line and tooth decay. Also my gums would bleed every single time when I would brush them. Being that I have not been in a dental office I was very concerned and expecting the worst. Melissa was very careful, tidious and professional. Her work ethics and guidance will blow you away. My gums no longer bleed after her cleaning. I’m a life long patient now. Thank you!

Called to get a quote on cleaning I understand if you can't give rates ... however... you should talk with a little but of customer service in your voice at least pretend to like your job.. if people don't like the first voice they hear they aren't going to even try to schedule an appointment

My children were new patients having just moved to the area a few months ago, and the staff was very friendly and helpful and made our first visit easy and comfortable. My daughter freaked out getting her X-rays done, but the dental hygienist was super kind and understanding and did her best to calm my daughter down. The teeth cleaning was quick and efficient, and the dentist was very nice and eager to answer any questions or concerns we had. The office was clean, and my children loved the cartoons on TV and the "toy room." They both received new toothbrushes and a "prize" after their cleanings. I definitely would recommend them.

This place is AWESOME! Had a cleaning with Melissa over a month ago and she was so friendly and professional. I was way overdue for a cleaning and she didn't judge at all! The girls up front were quick at getting me checked in. I saw Dr. Liu and she is everything you could want in a dentist- kind, caring and right to the point with saying what was needed and then offered to get started right away if I wanted. AND the assistant taking x-rays was quick and had me laughing the entire time. Highly recommend. I don't take the time to write these reviews but they were so great I knew I had to!

We have always had great Dentists at Cortaro Smiles. The staff in the back have more experience than any other dentists office we have used in Arizona. Melissa is our hygienist she has always been prompt and works well with the dentist. She always seems to know in adavance what the dentist will need need us to do in advance. She has also helped me get access to the pediatric dentist when we needed it most.

Melissa and Heidi are a great team! Heidi preps me and before I know it Melissa is ready to clean my teeth. I have never had a problem with either one, and both remember my family. That's is something that hardly happens these days. I would not have any problem recommending them to anybody.
