First time visit for myself and 10 yr old son. Dr Shannon was fantastic. Very disappointed with the front office staff. I was supposed to be given a list and cost of what I needed done and I wanted to schedule two extractions for myself to start. I was totally ignored by the front desk. My son needed to schedule an extraction, the only thing they were interested in was scheduling his next cleaning. Had to push for an orthodontist appointment. They were extremely disorganized. Too bad, I will take my business elsewhere.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience when I became a client for Cortaro smiles,full of awesome people great workers and also a very clean environment, I especially want to thank an outstanding job of a great dental assistant Magaly who was always attentive to my care and did a great job. Nikki ,the office manager was very specific and clear about my treatment plan and answered all my questions. I recommend this office to who ever needs special care with good great staff.

Cortaro Smiles is amazing. Melissa Tucker is my hygienist and she should come to work in a cape and tights because she is a SUPERHERO! She is an amazing person and does everything she can to make me feel relaxed in a situation that causes me severe stress and anxiety. She never "shames me" or says or does anything to make me feel less than comfortable. She is amazing!

Went in to have my teeth cleaned, and after using all my xray benefits they would not allow me a basic cleaning. Why you ask. Because they said I needed another $222 worth of other deep cleaning. I have my teeth cleaned 4 times a year, and not only have I not had a diagnosis this bad, I have never been refused a cleaning. This place is in my opinion is trying to scam patients into unneeded procedures.

She was very gentle and nice I felt very welcomed Dr. Liu is knowledgeable and kind The dental assistant Joseph was friendly, professional and gentle with my x-rays I felt very comfortable when the front office greeted me upon arrival I was told what I would be paying, Nikki the manager was very respectful and professional I would recommend Cortaro Smiles to my friends and family Great staff and Doctors

Please do not go here. Every time I have gone they have been rude and condescending. A couple years ago they took out my bottom wisdom teeth. Now I am in a lot of pain with an infection where they were removed. The doctor came in and was super short and obviously in a hurry and said there must have been food that got stuck in my gums and they healed over it and now there is an infection and my jaw bone is dying. As someone with extreme dental fear and anxiety, this sent me into such a state of fear and panic. I've heard of people becoming disfigured due to their jaw bone dying so this was terrifying to me. He then basically dismissed the pain I was feeling and the fear I was in, described a horrible surgery they would have to do to "scrape out dead bone and bacteria". I was so scared, I left for a second opinion. After getting that second opinion, what's actually going on is nothing like he described, and is actually an infection because when they took out my wisdom teeth they left part of the tooth in me. Now I have pain, infection, and a surgery all because of what they did. I will never go back, and I hope no one else has to go through what I went through by making the mistake of going to this horrible place.
