Today was my first visit to Creative Smiles and my first visit to any dentist since COVID. Although Creative smiles had high customer ratings, I wasn't prepared for the experience I had. I was simply stunned by the friendliness of everyone I met! I was greeted with a smile and given a great tour. My hygienist, Terri, was fantastic and my dentist was wonderful. I couldn't be happier with my visit! I truly feel like part of their family!

Had the most amazing experience at a dentist! EVERYTHING from the initial phone call to the check out process after my appointment was amazing. Front desk staff came around the counter to greet me and let me know what comfort measures were available for my treatment. They also gave me a tour of the facility, everyone seems happy to be working here in the husband/wife practice. Miranda, my hygienist, was so informative during the entire evaluation and cleaning. She’s personable, fun, and most of all, gentle! She let me know everything she was doing, and the why behind it! Dr. Ju provided exceptional care and listened to my concerns as a patient. Check out process was also amazing. Theresa took care of not only my insurance and billing questions, but also scheduled my referral appointments for me! So easy! Best dentist office I have ever been to, hands down! Kudos to the entire staff, nothing less than caring, patient-centered care! You can tell they want to be here and that the dentists care for their staff.

Yes, you can have fun at the dentist! I was in the market for a new dentist and came in for the new patient offer: $79 for an exam, cleaning, and x-rays. Penny cheerfully booked my appointment and welcomed me when I arrived, showing off all the Halloween pumpkins that the stuff decorated. Terri did a fabulous job with my x-rays and cleaning, explaining everything along the way. Dr Sung Ju was very pleasant during the exam, and I'm confident in his abilities. Overall, this seems like a great practice because of their amazing staff and upbeat approach. Thanks!

Creative Smiles is hands down the best dentist office. The whole team is so wonderful, kind, and most importantly I get great care! My teeth are in great health and I even got special toothpaste that they helped me find to help with my pitted teeth. I was honestly shocked when I first arrived with home kind and warm everyone was and I'm actually excited to go to the dentist now! Thank you to the whole Creative Smiles team for making going to the dentist so great!

I love this place! After getting welcomed into the office like a home, I didn’t have any wait time and was introduced to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn was super sweet, energetic, and did a very thorough job when it came to my patient welcome. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns as if they were important to her too! It has been quite the experience, I was given a tour, greeted with smiles, and everyone here seems to be happy and enjoy their job! Would definitely recommend coming to this dentistry over any other!

This was my first time at creative smiles and my visit was amazing. The office is very well kept and very welcoming. I was not waiting long at all to be seen my paperwork was already on file (since i filled it out on line) my hygienist Lizzy was absolutely perfect. The front office staff was warm and welcoming and the environment was extremely pleasant. This will continue to be my dentist for as long as i live in Tucson!

I have been to dental offices before but not one compared to this one. Creative Smiles has gone above and beyond to take care of my teeth, my health and overall me, making me feel like their priority. From Penny getting me scheduled promptly and greeting me with a fabulous tour, to my dental assistant Lizzy who walked me through understanding my situation and treatment along with Dr. Ju like no other office has done before. I also got to check out with Theresa and Jailenne who were their to guide me in figuring out my finances for my treatment. This office goes above and beyond to take care of you! I got to meet Dr. Jeannie as well that has the best dad jokes if you ask her for them. high recommended!
