Walking in you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. The ladies at the front are very welcoming and kind. I was helped by one of the assistants, Perla, who was very informative in explaining the x-ray process as she took them. Dr. Mitchel was very helpful in explaining what my overall oral health care needs to be; and explaining which treatment best suits me. Nothing seems worse than losing your dentist of 2 decades to a young guy, new to town! When fellow Montanan and community leader, Dr. John Doerr retired he encouraged me to stay with the young dentist that he had chosen to take over his thriving practice. And thank goodness I did! Dr. Brian Mitchell is friendly, professional, honest, upbeat and he does awesome work when it really needs to be done. Like Dr. Doerr he retains optimistic and available staff who know me and pretend to like to see me again. The practice is warm, comfortable and I am confident that I will retain my healthy teeth and gums because of their efforts.

Great staff, very kind and friendly. Dr Mitchell is very professional, he takes time to explain, educate and inform you well on the purpose of your visit. He wasn't in no rush to get rid of me, like some doctors do. I am very shy, but Dr Mitchell put me at ease and I was comfortable enough to ask all the necessary questions I needed to ask.

Everyone there will treat you respect, and make you their number one priority and won't ever try to make you do treatment for something you don't need. Dr. Mitchell and ALL of his staff are wonderful, personable, knowledgable, helpful, well trained, trustworthy, meticulous, & go above & beyond to help you. I will never have another dentist work on my teeth.
I have had the following work done: root canals, routine dental visits & cleaning, braces, lifetime whitening, & cavities filled.
One of my root canals was due to an abcess/infection that was not noticeable to me, but Dr. Mitchell found it. He explained that the infection was eating away my top jaw bone! He was able to take an xray and show me what it looked like in just a few minutes!
He then put a treatment plan together for me, addressing the most serious issues first. I am very grateful because for years I had on/off facial pain, which resolved completely after it was fixed.
I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell for all of your dental needs.
